The outgoing Governor of Plateau state, Jonah Jang, Monday,
formally commissioned the state’s National Youth Service Corps
orientation camp and dedicated it to Yakubu Gowon.
Mr. Gowon, a former military Head of State, is the founder of
NYSC.
Governor Jang dedicated the permanent orientation camp as part
of activities marking his exit as governor of the state. He appealed
to beneficiaries to safeguard the facilities.
The camp that was newly commissioned has been in existence for
two years and has hosted four batches of youth service members.
The governor said the NYSC scheme has helped unite young
Nigerians and made them appreciate the diversity of Nigerian
cultures.
The Commissioner for Urban Development, Sylvanus Dongtoe, said
the camp was built at the cost of 2.9 billion Naira and has reached
95 percent completion stage.
Governor Jang also commissioned two roads of about 90 kilometres
that links northern, central and southern zone of Plateau state.
The roads were constructed at the cost of N8 billion.
The Commissioner for Works, Gyang Tanko, said with the
completion of the roads, there will be fewer road accidents.

Analysing incestuous relationships further, the expert said: “Whilst trying to analyse the rationale behind this abnormal behaviour, psychologists have pinned the name GSA – General Sexual Attraction on it. This affects parents and children and brothers and sisters who are reunited after a long number of years. Normal taboos have not been built up within the family, with the result that there can be abnormal sexual attraction. Tolu’s case is typical of the GSA epidemic where there never was a normal father – daughter relationship.
“GSA is rare between people raised together in early childhood, as most siblings have evolved to prevent incest. Several factors may contribute to GSA. People commonly rank faces similar to their own as more attractive and trustworthy. Heredity produces substantial physical resemblance between close relatives. Shared interests and personality traits are considered desirable in a mate. In cases of parent – child attraction, the parent may recognise traits of their sometime mate in the child. Such reunions typically produce complex emotions in all involved”.
Some years ago, there was a report that a brother and sister couple in Germany were fighting anti=incest laws. They grew up separately, met as adults, and have had four children together. Not long ago in far away Indiana, USA, Phil Bailey, a 26-year-old man, and his grandmother Pearl Carter, 72, were reported to be trying to have a surrogate baby after they’d started having regular sex.
Makes you sick doesn’t it? Unfortunately, all over the world, people like Tolu and her dad are forever yielding to human weakness – it doesn’t make it right or acceptable. Just sad.

A good-looking teenager died a tragic death after climbing on top of a train. 18-year-old Anna Ursu became a human fireball after being zapped by an electric field. The teenager was spending time with a friend, when they decided to get on top of a moving train to take a selfie. The friends of Iasi, Romania, waited for the train to stop at a station and climbed on top it to capture a ”special selfie” and post it on Facebook. As she was on top of the train and put her leg in the air, an electrical field which surrounded the overhead cables sent 27,000 volts through her body, causing her to burst into a ball of flames.

Her 17-year-old friend, who was also on top of the train, was sent flying by the force of the explosion. A passerby who saw the terrible accident, risked his own life to try and save the teens before calling emergency services. Both teens were transported by helicopter to a hospital, but the 18-year-old woman who suffered burns to 50 percent of her body, succumbed to her injuries. Her friend who survived, said that they wanted to get the “ultimate selfie” and had not even considered the danger.

the White House fed the public lie after lie about how the US killed Osama bin Laden
in May 2011.
The article in the London Review of Books purports to be an "alternative history of the
war on terror," and it relies largely on a single unnamed source to question President
Barack Obama's narrative about the death of the man behind the 9/11 attacks.
That narrative from the president claimed bin Laden was killed in a firefight with US
forces and that Pakistani officials weren't told about the raid in advance.
While Obama touted bin Laden's killing in a Pakistani compound as an "all-American
affair" as Hersh puts it, US officials got assistance from upper-level Pakistani officials,
according to Hersh. Moreover, he writes, bin Laden wasn't "hiding" in Pakistan when
Navy Seals found him as the US government claimed.

Very Good initiatives but poor working conditions. Even people on tour should have helmets and safety boots on. Then the camera was on people most of the time, I'd expected the Camera to cover the processing lines
