2 things i will say, No UK company will offer you tax-free salary. Not even when you are in Naija. I have been on top of the Game for 15yr and I get over 30K GBP a month but I still have to pay taxes. You will live a decent life with 4k but you can live a better life with 1.5M Naira because you will build a network and have other opportunities you cannot get in the west. All you will get in the UK is Money and in the next few years the money will not be a problem or your employer gets someone cheaper than you from naija the same way they found you.

Typical response. they end up broke because of divorce, how many ppl are we talking about, have you lived outside of naija?. you say naija is not expensive? then you dont have money. there is level for everything. ask some old governors and senators that made billions and they will tell you they have no liquid cash again. If you spend 500k on diesel a month or 250k for a bottle at the club then you will know that naija is one of the most expensive places to live
