Stunning 17-year-old Georgina McConnell, a teen bodybuilder from Britain who started lifting weights at age 14, is being bullied for being too in shape.
With her bulging muscles and intense fitness regime, Georgina has won a gold medal in the UK Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation North East Championships.
Mcconnell is being bullied for being a “freak.”, but she is answering the bullying only with self-confidence.
Her recent Facebook post proclaims, "I’m happy with who I am, I know what I’m doing and I’m doing it for me."

His ex was one of them. They were publicly executed by firing squad on August 20th, while their fam
ilies were condemned to a labor camp.


The North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un ordered the public execution of his ex-girlfriend Hyon Song- wol, accused of 'pornography' with a group of artists from the National Orchestra of Unhasu, which his current wife Ri Sol -ju also once belonged to. The arrest took place on August 17, the execution took place in public three days later. According to the indictment the women filmed themselves having sex and then sold the videos in China. Some South Korean sources claim that there were many Christians among those sentenced to death who had a Bible at home, a "crime" that you can pay for with your life or imprisonment in a state gulag in North Korea.[/color]
Those shot to death include Mun Kyong -jin, director of the Unhasu orchestra, some singers and dancers of Wangjaesan Light Music Band and some army musicians. All family members of the women involved were sentenced to forced labor. There was mayhem at the Seme border area of Lagos State on Thursday after a 35-year-old man, Saturday Joel, was shot by officials of the Nigerian Customs Service.
Eyewitnesses said Joel was hit by a stray bullet while some customs officers were trying to apprehend a motorist who was smuggling a red Volkswagen bus from Benin Republic into Nigeria.

It was learnt that after the shooting, some residents took to the streets in protest. The residents were said to have alleged that customs officials had killed at least three motorists this month under the pretext that they were smugglers.

It was learnt that in the ensuing pandemonium, the customs officials stationed in the area fled. However, a Superintendent of Customs, identified as J. I Motojelu, was said to have been driving by at the time.

PUNCH Metro learnt that in retaliation, the angry mob, led by a community leader, dragged the officer out of his Toyota Corolla car marked ABJ 663 DW, and killed him.

It was learnt that the irate mob, also set the deceased officer’s vehicle ablaze and set up bonfires at the centre of the road.

The culprits were said to have used the opportunity to steal some items that had previously been seized by customs.

A police source said, “Motojelu, who knew nothing about the incident was beaten to death. The mob opened a customs patrol van stationed nearby and took a G3 rifle with 30 rounds of ammunition kept inside it. They then set the vehicle ablaze.”

Sources told our correspondent that some customs officials and policemen later returned to the scene and fired shots to disperse the mob.

Director, Lagos State Fire Service, Razaq Fadipe, said his men attempted to put out the fire but they had to retreat because of the sporadic gunshots in the area.

It was learnt that the victim had been rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.

But the NCS Public Relations Officer, Seme Command, Ernest Olattah, said in a statement that the officer was killed while on his way to attend a meeting at the command.

He said, “We announce the gruesome killing of one of our senior officers by some smugglers in the Ashipa area of Seme around 9.50am on Thursday. The deceased officer, while in his official uniform, unarmed, and driving to the command’s headquarters for a routine meeting, was accosted by a mob who forced him out of his vehicle.

“Led by an identified chief of the community, the officer was murdered in cold blood, while his vehicle was set ablaze.”

The customs spokesman said efforts were on to apprehend the culprits adding that the customs had achieved many feats this year alone.

He said NCS operatives, due to their uncompromising stance against smuggling and the protection the nation’s economy, had come under series of attacks by smugglers and some unpatriotic elements that saw smuggling as their rights.

The PRO said, “Customs Area Controller of Seme Border, Othman Abdu Saleh, has in collaboration with sister government agencies including the police, commenced moves to bring the perpetrators of the heinous crime to book. The controller posits that this unfortunate incident will not deter operatives of the command under his watch from carrying out their lawful duties.

‘’This is indeed a sad day for us here in this command, but let me emphasised that we are not relenting in the discharge of our duty as we will not allow the darkness of criminality to dampen the light of our service to Nigeria.”

Lagos Police Public Relations Officer, Ngozi Braide, told our correspondent on the telephone that seven suspects had been arrested, adding that they would be transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Yaba.

She said, “Joel is recuperating at Badagry General Hospital while the slain customs officer has been deposited at the mortuary.”

Breaking News: Taraba Assembly Halt Suntai’s Resumption, Ask Him To Go Back To U.S Hospital [Updated]
The Taraba State House of Assembly has taken a decision to put an end to the ongoing political rascality and charade in the state by asking the ailing governor, Pharm. Danbaba Suntai to return to the United States and continue his treatment.

Speaker of the Assembly, Haruna Tsokwa, who made the lawmakers’ position known on Thursday morning, asked governor Suntai to return to the U.S. to continue his rehabilitation programme and only come back to resume work when he is fully fit.
Mr. Tsokwa said the decision was based on members’ findings after they were finally allowed to visit the ailing governor on Wednesday night in Government House, Jalingo.
The Speaker said the lawmakers were fully convinced that Mr. Suntai is not fit to resume work as governor of the state.

Reports reaching us from Jalingo say that the Taraba state governor, Danbaba Suntai has dissolved the state executive council. All special advisers also have been seen off the premises; special assistants' positions, however, remain intact.
Also, Governor Suntai, whose actions now are heavily scrutinized by the general public and his fellow politicians, has endorsed the appointments of Mr. Timothy Katap as the new Secretary to State Government (SSG), and Mallam Aminu Jika as the new Chief of Staff.
This is the second time that Mr. Jika is being appointed as the Chief of Staff to Mr. Suntai. He was first appointed when Mr. Suntai took office in 2007.
All commissioners have been directed to hand over to their respective permanent secretaries while the special advisers are to hand over to the Government House

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested a medical representative, Gregory Muonylilo, for allegedly video recording policemen who were arresting a commercial motorcyclist.

PUNCH Metro learnt that the suspect was arrested at the Amuwo Odofin area of the state by policemen attached to Area E Command.

The policemen were said to have attempted to arrest a commercial motorcyclist for breaking the traffic law, while the suspect was recording the incident.

The suspect’s brother, Onyeka, said, “Apparently the policemen set up a checkpoint in front of his office yesterday (Monday) and were harassing okada riders. He started recording it

“The policemen saw him and became agitated. They collected his phone and left.”

“They came back around 4pm, arrested him and took him to their station.

“From Amuwo Odofin, they took him to the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, Ikeja, where he was detained.”

PUNCH Metro learnt that ever since the dismissal of a police sergeant, Chris Omeleze, who was caught on camera demanding bribe from a motorist, policemen have become paranoid about people recording their activities.
When contacted on the telephone, Police Public Relations Officer, Ngozi Braide, denied claims that the policemen were harassing the okada rider.
She also debunked claims that the victim was taken to SARS. She said he was taken to the X-Squad Department

She said, “The policemen were on legal duty and they had apprehended an okada rider for riding on a restricted route. I spoke to the man who was arrested and he never told me that the policemen were asking for bribe from the commercial motorcyclist they were trying to arrest. The man was recording and we do not know his motive.”

The State Security Service has arrested an Abuja-based car dealer, Ibrahim Takat, for allegedly conspiring with a spiritualist, identified as Nakasi Ahmadu, to defraud the Federal Capital Territory Minister, Senator Bala Mohammed of N3m.”


The spiritualist, Nakasi Ahmadu “used the cloned phone number to give instruction to the Chief of Staff to the minister via text message to deposit N3m into his (Takat) account number 0011141544 with Diamond Bank Plc. The amount was withdrawn the same day by the suspect.”

Parading Takat in Abuja on Friday, the Director of Operations, SSS, in FCT, Ibrahim Halilu, explained that he used the minister’s cloned number to obtain the money on August 8, 2013 at Asokoro, Abuja.

But Takat claimed he knew nothing about the alleged cloning of the minister’s telephone number, adding that the fraud was perpetrated by the spiritualist, Nakasi Ahmadu, who who is on the run. He said Ahmadu used his (Takat) bank account to receive the money and gave him N400,000 in return.
The car dealer explained that he gave his bank account to the spiritualist because he had been his friend for over 20 years and trusted him.

Takat said, “Ahmadu is my friend and he lives in Gombe; he asked me to give him my bank account for a business transaction which I obliged because I have known him for about 20 years and he has helped me in the past. The money (N3m) was deposited in my account and he withdrew it and gave me N400,000, but I didn’t know the money was criminally obtained.

“If I was involved in the scam, I would not have come to the SSS office when I was invited. I don’t know anything about it.”

We've not finished battling Boko Haram now we are hearing about a new Islamic sect called Kala Kato that has settled in Rafi Local Government Area of Niger State.

According to what the spokesman of the Niger state Police command, ASP Richard Adamu told Daily Trust, the sect are said to be preaching some ideologies thought to be in contrast with conventional Islamic teaching. He said they are preaching against the teaching of Hadith (traditions of the holy prophet) and emphasising only on the contents of the Holy Quran.

ASP Adamu said most locals are apprehensive of their presence.

we has confirmed from a very reliable source that Prophet T.B. Joshuah dropped one of his five Wise-Men, John Chi of Cameroon.
The prophet started his sermon on Sunday 18/08/13 in an unusual manner. His sermon was supposed to be Themed: "Be A Doer Of The Word" but he changed it to"Do Not Tempt The Devil To Tempt You" which raised many eyebrows. In his words "We should not tempt the Devil to tempt us else, God will leave us to our own strength to face the Devil".

After much phone calls from members and followers all over the world asking about the where-about of their favourite Wise-manJohn Chi, it was then aired out by Prophet T.B Joshua himself that Wise-man John Chi has been dropped. This sadden news to members drew tears from their eyes as Prophet T.B Joshua also acknowledged that Wise-man John Chi is the most gifted of all his five Wise-men, in terms of humility, prayers and fasting and the most loved.

Up till this moment, the reason why Wise-man John Chi is dropped has not disclosed.

The Presidency on Saturday said 70 per cent of members of the newly registered All Progressives Congress were those the Peoples Democratic Party had rejected.
The, APC, it added was destined to fail because the emergence was based on personal hatred for President Goodluck Jonathan even when the President was yet to make up his mind for the 2015 race.
Senior Special Assistant to the President on Public Affairs, Dr. Doyin Okupe, stated this in an interview on Liberty FM, Kaduna, which was monitored by newsmen on Saturday.
“They just go around gallivanting and parading themselves. Who are they? Seventy per cent of their members are former PDP people. So, what new thing are they coming up with?” he said.
He also said the crisis rocking Rivers State was the over dramatisation of the preparation towards the 2015 presidency, claiming that Governor Rotimi Amaechi “is a willing tool, very rich, wealthy, so he is very useful to the opposition.”
Besides, he alleged that Amaechi’s inability to use the police to harass, intimidate and punish people unjustly also aggravated the situation leading to his hostile relationship with the state Commissioner of Police, Mr. Joseph Mbu.
“Because Mbu has refused to be a tool in the hands of Amaechi and has refused to bend to the unjustified high handedness of Amaechi, now because he is supported by the opposition, he now presents Mbu as a villain. It is not true. Mbu is a professional man, he is a man of dignity who has remained steadfast,” Okupe said.

Last Sunday, August 11, was one that may not have ended on a happy note for Nollywood diva, Ini Edo. It was a day when telecommunication giant, Globacom, launched its Lagos edition of the Glo Slide and Bounce concert with all the ambassadors of the brand expected to attend the event.
Among these were chart-bursting artistes in Nigeria: Tuface, Naeto C, Psquare, Burma Boy, Waje, Omawunmi as well as top Nollywood actors.
Honouring the call in her capacity as an ambassador of the brand, Ini Edo arrived promptly, a little earlier than the scheduled time of 6pm and made her way to the back entrance of the Oriental Hotel, Lekki which led to the main hall.
However, she was prevented entry by overzealous bouncers who advised her to wait till 6.pm. The actress complied and hung around the car park, but it was not until 9.pm that a visibly offended Ini Edo was spotted being led into the hall by the duo of Jumobi Mofe-Damijo and Desmond Elliot.
This untoward treatment continued when the compere, Okey Bakassi, acknowledged the presence of all the Glo ambassadors present, calling out their names one after the other, but leaving out Ini Edo’s name!
This he did twice in a row and this must obviously have irked the actress. When Bakassi remembered to acknowledge her presence during his third announcement, Ini Edo had gone.

Mustapha walked down the aisle yesterday in Northern Ireland with his 27-yeard old bride, Kristy Crooks who was a teacher at The British International School. The talented musician cum producer in this interview talks about his career, family and why he prefers to be called Lucifer. Excerpts:

You had your first child sometime ago. How does it feel to be a father?

It’s the happiest thing that has ever happened to me. There is always a feeling one has never felt before, especially when it is the first time. It’s full of new experiences, and the truth is that it has brought good luck to my life.

Has it changed anything about you?
Yes, definitely. It has changed my lifestyle; I’m now a homely man, always at home playing with my kid. It has made me to be calm.
Tell us about his mother, Mimi?

She is lovely, understanding and very intelligent. It is always difficult to find the right partner, but I’m lucky to have found her.

When you first came to the industry you referred to yourself as Mr. Bling Bling, later it was Ginger, Akpako Master, and now you said people should call you Lucifer (devil)?
A lot of people got it wrong. Nevertheless, I’m in support of controversy. I knew it was going to cause controversies. What I actually meant was ‘look, see far’; meaning I’m seeing ahead. I told my crew members that it was going to generate controversies and I’m enjoying it.

There is always money to pay our political officers holders, whisperNiaja.Com observed, even more than their counterparts in developed countries. But when it comes to matters of developing the leaders of tomorrow or critical infrastructure in Nigeria, there will always be scarcity of funds.

Below is what the coordinating minister of the economy is saying to ASUU:

“At present, ASUU wants government to pay N92 billion in extra allowances over and above their salaries. Though we are in discussion with them, the problem is that the resources to take care of the demands are simply not there.”
“People are supportive when there is agitation to increase salaries, pensions among others. But on the other hand, people also turn around to say the recurrent budget is too high and there is no way you can have it both ways and so we have to make specific choices in this country.”
“Do we want to get to a stage when virtually all the monies and resources we earn are being used to pay salaries and allowances for public servants, who make up a minute percentage of the country’s population?

“If we do, it means that government workers will take up the entire budget of the country with nothing left for roads, water, education and others.”

The Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister for the Economy, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala spoke while delivering keynote address at the opening of 2013 National Council on Finance & Economic Development, NACOFED, in Minna, Niger State, on Tuesday.

Charity Owoh is Beverly's best friend and confidant. Below is what she told Encomium magazine about how Beverly's mum is proud and supports everything she does in the reality series
"Bev and her mum are best friends. Her mum just called me now, she's our best friend. She's like the third person in our circle because whatever we do we tell her. If you watch the show you will see that there are three people she calls every time, Charity, Denrele, and mummy Suzy. Their relationship is very tight. Before Bev dates anybody, she tells her mom. (About Bev and Angelo's relationship/sex) She knows. She has seen everything. There's the good and bad, of course she's a mother so she would feel the way mother's would feel but she's very proud of her daughter and says she's a queen. She's already redecorating her room, so she would welcome her back like any mother would.
Charity also talks about Beverly's relationship with 2shotz. Yep, she mentioned his name. See it after the cut...

"Bev can handle controversy. It was evident during the time she was dating 'Mr I've never battered anyone before' and all the things they have said about her. While they were dating, her mother came back from America and the next thing was for him to start telling people that Beverly was doing drugs when she can't even take alcohol. (Why they broke up) She was in love with with him but I know he instilled fear in her. There are different stories but I don't want to talk about it. There are some stories that led to them breaking up, that if it comes out would look totally bad for him. There are some things that if I speak about will hurt 2shotz in ways that he can never imagine. So, all the things that he is saying right now...it got to a point where he broke her simcard because of phone calls. Who does that?

For those of you that just started watching Nollywood Movies, I have been around, even though I left Nigeria when I was just about to hit the actual Stardom and Transformed to AfroCandy.
