Room in a flat for 200k? Ensuite?? You better go to ikorodu.

For your information, a 3 bedroom flat around the areas you mentioned is N1.5M, if someone decides to give you a room out of it, it should be N400k at least.

2 Bedroom flat is around 1M, 1 bedroom apartment is around 700k

A room self con is around 300 to 500k

So tell me how your 200k will work?

I will advise you to start looking for a room mate with such amount.
