You can go to the other school but first you must secure admission into the newly found school and get their I-20. Report at the first school you applied to (the one on your visa) and request for a transfer to the new school. Sometimes, you may have to spend at least a semester with the first school before that is made possible.

No wahala I have heard you. But even as it is 111 is still in the list of the best Engineering schools. And if you read my comment well I said I heard ddnt say i confirmed or that it has been established it is, its just like a hypothesis and a theory, they are 2 diff things. Next time advise in a pleasant way, we all come here as novices and expect people to help not make you feel bad about your options. Have a nice day and am not a Bros.

Says who? It's not even in top 50. Neither is it top 100. It ranked 111 according to US news. The most authoritative source for school ranking. Certainly not a school to spend hard earned dough on.

Besides, don't hope on a private school giving funding. They rarely give full and even the balance is usually too steep. Only a select few elite private schools can give few funding. Clarkson is not one.
Bros find another school and do well on GRE and get funding if you can

Which one is permanent Visa pleas explain? me its school i want to go and school and use the experience for my company which i have incorporated here in naija, as i love to be in the Lab. I got for delaware and Clarkson and i heard clarkson is one of the best engineering schools in the USA even though its a private and expensive school but am willing to give it a short believing to work hard and get my grades up to be able to get better financial aids.

Don't worry about that. You can always get a good jacket and pretty good inner wears made up of wool or silk or something to reduce cold up to 85%.
