Lonely people making noise

I studied overseas as well. It didn't take 1 month for me to notice the extreme loneliness.
By 5 months, nothing was funny again
I kept in touch with my Nigerian girlfriend. She didn't understand anything yet
She got scholarship and also came overseas. She sef saw the loneliness.
Na 2 of us wan finish the whole Skype everyday.
When pepper refused to rest, we informed our parents and friends, did marriage course, went to church and married.
Nobody in the whole overseas could be a friend to me and her.
We carried ourselves and returned to Nigeria.

Leave Oyibo and their wierd loneliness culture.

EVILFOREST:

My BROTHER I tire ooooo.
Although it's a serious issue but not more serious than issues in Nigeria.

The BEST ADVICE:
In the US remains

MARRY or CLEAVE to the Lady that loves and cherishes you more than you love her.
When you marry her, you will realize your love for her will increase to surpass hers 4u.
Try it and Call me back.
With her you are almost out of all FEMINISTIC TROUBLES in the US.

The Moment police arrives here na the MAN dem dey pick.
Next, you are HOMELESS.

BUT the LADY that LOVES U, will almost never try such.
Because for the US here, LADIES mouth sharp ooooo and money full their bank account.
African Ladies dey learn naaa grin grin grin
I wish we would listen. Marry who loves you more and who cares about the family values more than her appearance to the society.

Hey, bw, you met your woman in US or here in Nigeria?

I'm in canada, and I will tell you for real.

The only excitement a man may get is having sex with a woman or friends with benefits.

The moment you nut in her and she gets pregnant, or the moment you put a ring on it and marry her legally, she immediately has power over you.

Power intoxicates, and because African women have not tasted such power, it gets in their head.

There are a lot of good ones though.

In canada,
Children come first,
Seniors (old people) come second
Women come third
Animals come fourth.
Men come last.
And they'd all keep shouting the world is unfair to them. Men are in consistent suffering and receive alot of backlash in this modern society. But it's never enough. It's not an issue of feminism, these girls are just lust for power. And they'd do whatever they may to get it their way, women generally are more dangerous and have a harder mind than men. We should be careful and deal with this rising manace, I laugh when I see men support their uncultured approach and misinterpretation of the term feminism, I laugh because they don't have a whiff of what's coming. Even in mere leadership, Women are not as gentle and considerate as men, took a poll of over 20,000 respondents on twitter and the result came back 70% in favour of men, even the women in the poll agree women make terrible bosses. it's a norm. They just power hungry and without significant justification of ability to use it for a just course.

H-1B you can get if your American Company is willing to pay for the process and if you you are selected. Job visas application for 2021 strarts in March from March 1st to 20. It's the American Company application, they need the lawyer to do it, sometimes the HR employee does it. And the need to be registered online and do all the process electronically. It's not easy but a good lawyer usually does it.

If your American Company is willing to pay for your H-1B visa, it's cheaper for you than Canada, sometimes American Companies pay for your flight and help you with accommodation at arriving too, you practically pay some medical and police background check in your country, it's almost nothing. American salaries are also better than in Canada but in Canada it's more easy later to get the Residency.
If you have a good American Company, try with them, if you get H-1B Visa, it's usually 5 years, even some extend to 6, then working you will see how to get a Residency in US or in the worse case, you can get a job in Canada after having US experience.
Thanks alot. If update further

It's all about the perfect paperwork and the American Company lawyer. DOL's approval is very necessary. Usually it's based on your degree and experience. Also Job Visa it's some kind of lottery, it has time to apply and a limited quantity approval, not all get it. The American Company lawyer needs to convince DOL and US Immigration Services, there is no Americans with your skills, you are kinda unique. I am not sure how is it now exactly, but some years ago it was publishing the job offer in US news papers with your skills to confirm there is NO Americans for your position.

Why not trying Canada? They have it more easy.
Thank you. There's a possibility of me getting a job though. The H - 1B visa is my main concern. Graduated 2018 and have 2+ years experience in my field. Have been to the US once, in 2012 on a 2yrs visa. Regardless, this is different from a H-1B visa and I have no prior knowledge of what it takes. Thanks alot.

I have sponsorship and direct citizen connect in the US. Concerning Canada, sponsorship isn't sure yet.
... But sir, considering the above, do I have a shot for the canadian work programme?

Comparing to going for MSc in Canada, which is cheaper to fund and process? - The MSc or Work process

Work visa is not an easy way to go to the US even for work.

I know three people who have gone to US from Nigeria but they worked here in Nigeria for very large companies with even larger presence in US and it was company transfers.

One went to learn a new technology for 9 months they were going to deploy in Nigeria. Did so well, he was retained there and came back to train Nigeria staff and posted back to US after the training.

Two and three (a couple) worked for same consulting firm and were posted to US together because wife merited US posting.

It is a long process
You and the company employing you have to convince the USGov you have a job to do that no American can do, hence the need to employ you from Nigeria.

I will need your response on this last comment.

Getting a US work visa while you are in Nigeria is not easy to come by. You have to be a professional at the top of your field. More so, the firm in the US will only get you such document to process the visa if they can't find any other professional/expert with equal skills or expertise within the US, which is almost impossible. And this is America! The chances of getting H1B visa from Nigeria, in my opinion and based on experience, is very low. If you are in the US, this is nice. Even then Pres. Trump is changing the narrative; no organization in the US should hire a foreigner (not currently in the US) except the position and job cannot be filled and done by an American. As for link, I don't have any. The person that I know is one of the best in his field, and he is the type you would call a field pioneer. He has remarkable knowledge and skills, which is what separated him. But you can check google on the process and all. If this is what you intend to use to travel, consider Canada, but note that you must be a professional with considerable amount of experience in your field.
This is my opinion.

Career / Re: H1B Visa - Nigerians Need To Explore It by Whitemagic: 1:32am On Jan 23, 2020

H1B Visa for Nigerian

This is just to encourage more Nigerian engineer, scientist and IT workers to apply for H1B visa. Indians are making use of this heavily and Nigeria can also benefit more from it than they are doing now. The advantage Indians have is that they have a lot of people who have acquired training in and working in IT industry. I have met Nigerians from mobile telecoms and IT that have used this H1B opportunity in coming to and working in United States.

You will not have a lot to loose if you start the process because most of the steps you will need to take will be online. If you think you have some good skill in your area of IT or engineering or science try it. I am not saying you must be an inventor you only need some specialized skill, you do not need to be Steve Job or Elon Musk.

If you start the process of coming to US on H1B visa now, you may be able to stay and work legally in US in 2018 if the present administration in United States have not canceled the program by next year. The process for 2017 is almost concluded you may not be able to make it this year unless you have started the process earlier.

There are some benefit to individual and to Nigeria as a whole.
1. Personnel in US on average earn more than people working in Nigeria. And if you are on H1B visa the minimum employer must pay you legally will be better than a new graduate from US university.
2. By vacating your present work in Nigeria you will be making space for some others that are not employed at the moment or underemployed.
3. Environment, Roads, Health, Sanitation, Security, Housing and other facilities are much more developed in US compare to Nigeria
4. US experience will be useful when you come back to Nigeria or if you go to other places in the world.
5. Your children under the age of 18 will attend school free like most other children in US and in most cases they will be able to join school buses free.

The bad side
1. Your wife or your husband will not be able to work in the United state but your wife or husband can come with you.
2. Staying in the United States is much more expensive than Nigeria. What you spend in Nigeria on accommodation in Lagos annually is likely to be what you will be spending monthly in a city that is not very expensive in United states. But you are likely to earn better than what you are earning in Nigeria.
3. You will leave the environment you have known for the unknown environment with different culture.

The process
1. You will need to get employer that will petition for the visa on your behalf
2. The employer will need to petition for H1B visa on your behalf
3. The US govt will need to select you for H1B visa
4. You will need to apply and get your visa stamped on your passport
5. Come to US and either start the job the sponsor of your H1B have for you or you look for another H1B level job that another employer can give you.

The first two steps is the most difficult part of it. There is some possibility of been successful if you start the process, but you will not be successful on the process if you do not start. To get an employer please go online and search for employer that will sponsor you. Employer will normally look at your resume (CV) and in most cases interview you on phone before accepting to submit your application for the H1B visa to the United States government. The limit to the number of worker that can come to US annually based on the H1B is about 60000 globally. The number of application normally submitted by employer in recent year far outnumber the 60000. For this reason there is normally a kind of lottery to select the eventual H1B worker.
Your H1B employer will not be able to submit a petition for the visa for you till April 2018 but you will need to start the process of getting employer now. Search for employer based on your field.

Search the internet. I have met a few Nigerians that came to US based on the H1B. They all told me that they got the opportunity through internet. Through my search recently I got list of employers that are sponsoring the visa, you may google H1B visa sponsors. Select the employers among the sponsors that is applicable to your industry and get in contact with them by email and let them know you want a sponsor for H1B.

When contacting sponsor with your resume (CV), use US resume format. Prepare your resume in US format. You can get a lot of samples on this format on internet.

People have used this opportunity, Nigerians have used this opportunity, try it, it may work for you.
Boss I'm about to go through this route. As I have a US citizen trying to get me a job there. What are your thoughts? Also I studied building Construction Tech, must I get a job strictly related to my Bachelors or I can get a job in any field without being rejected while get visa. Thanks

Visit visa is for visiting. If they come with based on invitation to come and see him, then they must return to Nigeria within short time (if they care about the legality of things, which I advice they should). If he get the F2 document, the chance is not strong. What will the wife will doing in the US? Is she not working in Nigeria? These are the questions to consider. He is in the best position to decide. This is my opinion.

Lots of variables..

-- If your CTR is low and cost per landing page view is high, problem's from your ad creative... You need to work on it
--- If you have 150 sessions without sales, then problem is from the product page, or product...

95% of the time, the problem is with the product...If after spending 50$ on a product, I don't get a sale, or at least 3 add to carts.. I move on to another product...But all the other variables(ad creative, and product page copy) need to be spot on, to be able to come to a conclusion, that the problem's from the product itself.
So basically you must find a killer product, and your marketing must be tight.

Yeah, to be frank, I didn't expect to make 150k in 9 days. But I actually did make more...The goal is to offer your skills to individuals, who are in the position to pay you for your services, without stress. And of course you must have proof.
Yeah I agree completely.... In your case, you offered Facebook ads services, how were you able to convince them, what did you use as proof?
