You ended up writing nothing. New Owerri was made by Okorocha. Before Okorocha only Concorde and a few hotels were there with few tarred roads. You could only join old Owerri through old Nekede road and Control. Most things you see today that makes Owerri is Okorocha's doing including the 300 schools and new looks of many old schools rebuilt by his administration.
