immantoks: I saw a video on YouTube of youths in one Northern state booing Buhari and telling him to "go". I just wish Buhari can solve the insecurity problem in the North. It would really help. |
I heard if residents catch you shouting Sai Baba in Katsina and some Northern states, they would nearly beat you to death. Is it true? |
JAMO84:Just wait and see. It is a matter of time. Despite everything, Fayose has ever betrayed Tinubu. But that gap-toothed Judas called Fayemi thinks he's smart and invincible. |
Fairview1:Are you blind to see that Peter Obi had moustache as Governor? |
DrAkpa:The Contract is a civil one and the Arbitration clause only applies to civil matters. If a criminal matter arises, that clause is very useless and doesn't mean anything. That is the difference between Breach of contract, Fraud and OBT. Once you report a case of fraud or financial crime to the Police, the police can approach a Magistrate court for an order freezing all bank accounts belonging to that company. Once the order is granted, the banks are compelled to comply. The Police and the courts don't even give the company an opportunity to reply because the complaint is a criminal matter of fraud and informing the company would prejudice their investigations. So, the company doesn't know until they go to the bank and they can't collect 1 kobo. Even the bank won't know until they get the court order and they must comply immediately. After bringing your facts and information, the Court may eventually lift the order, but after how many months? Can you wait for 5 or 8 or 13 months for the account to be unfrozen before collecting your money? Sensible investors avoid litigation. Only ignorant ones see litigation and jump into it. MBA should not fall for that trick. |
jabolo:I believe MBA has persons in SEC. If not, SEC would have done this a long time ago. Besides, if SEC wants to do this, MBA can know beforehand. Unlike SEC, an ordinary Magistrate Court in Birnin Kebbi or Nkalagu can freeze MBA's accounts and it would be done. It is very valid and MBA won't see it coming. All forms of litigation must be discouraged and prevented. It is easier to destroy than to build. |
DrAkpa:If an account is to be frozen, it is done through Exparte Court orders. Before MBA has an opportunity to respond, it would take at least a week. Once response has been filed, the court fixes a date to hear it. That is another 3 weeks. Plus at least 2 adjournments, that is minimum of an extra 1 month. Which financial organisation can survive with its accounts frozen for 2 months? That is why litigation against MBA should be prevented at all costs. It would destroy things. |
Emyzoloye5:Ekwunife won't win in Anambra cos she's a woman. Anambra produced the first female Governor in Nigeria and we all see how it ended. Ekwunife won't win. As for Soludo, if he doesn't have moustache, he won't win. It is not too late to start growing one. ![]() |
Fairview1:Okay. Since Mbadinuju, mention 1 single Anambra Governor without moustache. |
aremso:You think your civil contract would protect you from a criminal complaint of fraud? Do you know what happened to BTD? Go find out. Whatever happens, no injunction should come near MBA accounts. Even if it would be lifted, it can take 6months. Can MBA survive with its accounts frozen for 6 months? Before they lift the injunction, the court can say MBA should provide evidence of payment of WHT and other Taxes since it began operation. That is when everything would scatter. |
You guys should consider the consequences of what you say here. If you want MBA to survive, don't encourage anyone to file a suit against MBA. Don't try it or all of you would suffer it. The court would grant an injunction which would direct that all MBA's bank accounts be frozen. All funds would then be unaccessible and that would affect everyone. |
Bkayyy:Obi worked his ass off in Lagos and only went outside Nigeria for Executive Education (I doubt if you know what that means). Actually, Lagos means abroad to people like you and I'm sure 'I will take you to Lagos' is a major pick-up line in your village. Ever wondered why Anambra has a Special Adviser on Lagos affairs? It is to help unenlightened backwater creatures like you.
|
Bkayyy:Excuse me sir, is Lagos part of "abroad"? I'm asking cos Ngige, Obi and Obiano came directly from Lagos. |
SmartPolician:If you are not careful, it is frustration from my post that would eventually kill you. Anambra people only elect those with moustaches. Mbadinuju without moustache was kicked out after 1 term and Ngige with solid beards brought in. Andy Uba without moustache spent only 17 days and was kicked out because he had no moustache. You think it's a joke? Better tell Soludo to start growing a moustache. |
Only First class can be made teachers abi? Only those with First class should be allowed to contest for elective office then, starting with the Presidency. |
OOzz:I gree. Andy Uba spent only 17 days as Governor. Why do you think they kicked him out? |
OOzz:Obi as sitting Governor had moustache. Check his official portrays as sitting Governor. That last picture of him in suit was when he was Governor. See the moustache? Mbadinuju was the last Governor without a beard or moustache. His beardlessness was why he was kicked out and Ngige brought in. You know Ngige's beard can tow a truck. Why do you think Andy UBA who didn't have moustache spent only 17 days as Governor of Anambra? ![]() |
SmartPolician:Anambra people only look at beards before electing their Governors. Go and kill yourself. |
OOzz:Cc. Nzeobi Peter Obi had moustache as Governor.
|
OOzz:Go and dig up Peter Obi's pictures when he was Anambra Governor. Check his official portrait. He had solid moustache. Without moustache, you can't rule Anambra. |
Hope he has moustache? The only thing Anambra people look for before electing their Governors is moustache. |
BigSarah:Hope you collected your own Cassava stem? Cheap object. |
tutudesz:Both the people of Delta and the leadership of Delta came together to destroy the state. The people chased away businesses and the government is stealing the people blind. Look at Akwa Ibom and you'll weep for Delta. |
LadySarah:I personally know someone who was killed by her husband. Domestic abuse. Anyone who decides to stick with an abusive partner in this age is irredeemably stupid. If they want to die, that is their business. The problem with people like that is that they always go back to their abusers and you end up looking like the bad person. |
frankmoney:As useless as Ikpeazu is, he got a second term. What about the one in Cross River too? Party loyalty is one of the symptoms of electoral stupidity. |
LadySarah:Not everything can be worked out. Divorce is an option if the life of one or both of the parties is at risk. If you like, stay with a reckless, cheating man so you can get HIV and cut short your life. Or stay with a man who beats you so that he can cause concussion and brain haemorrhage. You would go and tell God what you were doing in the marriage. |
tutudesz:Look at the fools hailing Oshiomhole and Obaseki. Some of their parents haven't been paid, some of them don't have jobs. Meanwhile, Oshiomhole's son is a doctor and his other children are made for life. Obaseki's children are set for life and he has stolen the future of the fools hailing him. |
[s] anonimi:[/s] Don't quote me with useless pictures, you are part of the problems. By the way, I wasn't talking to you. |
tutudesz:Go to social media and see the stupid youths hailing them. Delta people are very intelligent and resilient. Delta guys have large interests in banking. Jim Ovia, Elumelu, etc. I wonder what this generation has to offer besides stealing and hailing thieves. |
