The SE is around the size of Oyo state but has maybe 2.5 the population if we use NIN registration data. His highest educational qualification is a WAEC School Certificate. In this exam, he failed Mathematics and English language. He even barely passed Practical Agric. The basic subject for farmers.

Now, looking at the basic requirements for joining any of Nigeria's armed forces as a Driver or Cook (Tradesman), pass in English and Mathematics are required. Mattawalle doesn't have this.

The question now is that someone who lacks the basic qualifications to be a driver or cook in the Army, Navy or Airforce, how is he a Minister controlling Generals? How?
