This rubbish above here is why this country will never recover her security again. You are holding a security meeting with only Police and Military. What happened to the other security services? They have intelligence information that Police, DSS and Military wouldn't have, they have personnel that are combat ready, they are ready with a can do attitude but you keep on overlooking them.

When your police and army arrest the criminals, in their hundreds or thousands, where do they take them to? Prison. And you do not think such a service is a repository of security intelligence for a quick access to extract information from incarcerated criminal to know next target of their criminal gangs outside. When riots happen and their is jail break, will their be peace in Lagos? Lagos alone has about 10,000 criminals in custody and such a service is not in your security meeting right?
