You will do everything in your power to make the first deal go well and then when people trust you you take advantage of them.

I am one of the first persons that recommended your brand and even defended you severally on this thread but to be honest your brand has lost credibility!
I paid for goods and asked that you send through a driver and not haulage company and that was the perfect opportunity you needed. After days of the goods not getting to me you claimed the driver was involved in an accident. I went to the drivers union and they told me none of their members was involved in an accident or saw or heard of any accident on that road. Yet you insisted and only refunded me 90% of my money after 1 month and 2 weeks.
I hope you are able to prove that all these bad deals and alleged cases of fraud that happen after an initial good deal are not preconceived otherwise I don't see how your brand can be trusted.
