If you have a valid work permit, study visa or a permanent resident holder in Russia. I would advise that you should apply for your study permit from Russia and get an expedited processing times with lower visa officer's scrutiny on your file.

Yes I have a valid resident permit because I am a student here. I came with student visa. I pray and hope it’s end praise. Canada is my dream country.

Good day everyone, I am Currently studying in Russia for my bachelors degree.
Is it possible for me to process my student visa from here or I have to come back to Nigeria ?
I want to leave Russia because of the language difference and I plan studying law in Canada.
