I have been following this thread for a while now and have learnt a lot thanks to you guys who keep answering questions and giving your bright ideas.

Pls I have a serious concern.
My sister Inlaw is in USA on F1 visa last year meant to finish this year and my sponsor is her husband whom is my brother, also I put her US address as my landing address when I enter USA. Now I have two concerns:

1). Since her husband is my Sponsor, should I declare that I have a relation in USA on my DS 160 form or not??

2). Will my sponsor or the address info link me to her and show the VO that I actually have a relation in the USA if I say no(cos that’s what I really want to do)??

I think most schools wouldn’t have any issue with your grade (2.2) cause most schools have their minimum requirement set at (2.2)

Thank you so much for this information. I wanted to go for Canada but it seems most schools there have their minimum requirements set at (2.1). So UK would be a better option for me

However, I want to know if i can waive IELTS with just proof of English proficiency and how to obtain one?
