gabbytabby:China is not as complex as Nigeria. They're one and they mostly speak one language. You can't tell who's a Muslim or a Christian in china. Unlike Nigeria where we are divided along religious and tribal lines. Over 400 ethnic groups with different cultures. A person is accused of corruption, they'd always be supporters of these corrupt individuals owing to tribal or religious affiliation they may have with the accused. |

Bluntguy:But it doesn't change anything. Most of them don't even have anything to do with Nigeria. They have all there properties and assets outside Nigeria. And you can't just decide to hold them to account for their crimes because we are in a democracy. This is why I'm a strong advocate for military rule. We've seen how people who have been accused of corruption feign sick or turn up in court in a wheel chair. Something you wouldn't ordinarily see in a military setting. People steal monies and when they get dragged to court, they use the same proceeds of stolen funds to buy their way out. |

gabbytabby:If they're all dead. What next? What makes you so sure the people you're bringing in won't engage in the same brazzen act of corruption as their predecessors? That's if they don't turn out to be worse |

Racoon:@ the bolded, who'll pass the bill when the people who are supposed to make the law are the same people engaging in this corruption. No state is really poor in Nigeria. That some states don't generate much to the country doesn't make it any less than states that produce more. Kogi state Nigeria is a very good example. The state is very rich with resources but lacks leaders, governors who can't see these things and harness, develop the state to what it should be |

baconline:There's so many ministries and organization doing almost nothing. The civil service accounts for very large percentage of the Nigerian work force. I'd start by dissolving most of these ministries, lump some together if needs be. That's a way to cut cost for a start. |

Zionmdde:As good as all of these may sound, it's not going to be easy. Nigeria is a very complex country. A country with almost 300million people who just want results. The country produces and generates almost nothing. The average Nigerian does not care about these things, they just want results. |

Nice2023:I'm just saying. People change. People can go from best friends to strangers in a split second. It doesn't matter how long you've been together or the kind of bond you share. Circumstances and situations changes people and makes the react in ways they wouldn't normally do. You'd know this if you interact with people more. 1 Like |

Nice2023:I understand and it maybe as a result of the kind of relationship you have with your spouse. But then. There are things you shouldn't necessarily share with your wife. Humans aren't perfect. One minute we're good and the next we are not. You may have a fall out with your spouse and they'd resort to reminding you of those things you told them in confidence. 1 Like |

phorget:An igbo man comes to settle in Port Harcourt doesn't mean he's ikwerre or any of the other tribes in South South. That he gave birth to a son and name him ameachi still doesn't change the fact that he's not from Port Harcourt. A Yoruba man travels to the east. Marrries a woman and they both have a child named Wasiu. How does that make Wasiu an igbo man? The problem with most of you is you lack common sense. You're all here acting like blockheads. I'm from Kogi, I speak and identify with my tribe but I've stayed more than 20years in Kaduna. I speak hausa but that doesn't mean I'm hausa. This disgusting attitude of trying to force yourself on people who don't want you is why wike dealt with igbos in obigbo. Stop trying to attach yourself to people who don't want anything to do with you. Sorry to say but it makes y'all look like parasites 1 Like |

livebyday:Don't be a mor.on. Are you always this dumb or you just choose to be unbelievably stupid?. Deltans are not igbos. Traveling from the East to Delta doesn't just automatically make you from Delta. There's no such thing as Delta speaking igbos. And they have come out time without numbers to say they don't want anything to do with you guys. Stop trying so hard to rope yourself with a people who don't want you. 1 Like 1 Share |
