That doesn’t mean it has been approved, you will receive another email within the next 2 to 3 weeks on your approval when approved.

Hi everyone please I need someone with such a experience to clarify me on this; I submitted on the 10th of November 2020 and got a mail yesterday 13th November that my passport is ready for collection.. please does it mean they approved it?
