Refineries takes a year or lets say a year and 3 months to be in order!

Now the question is what has Ibeh Kachikwu being doing for the past 3 years

By saying that "it would be sad" means that another national air carrier story might likely be told!!!

Even a toddler knows that just like in 2015, they are about to make electoral promises that will be CANCELLED or DENIED!!!
