U can't win the case by using the word rigged as expected by everyone. INEC have delayed the BVAS and have corrected the evidence that can be used to prove it was rigged.
It is wise to use laid down constitutions which has unerased evidence to argue it. In a court case avoid using a general terms that a mere excuse can be used to turn down the case.
