Bayelsa monthly allocation could be sometimes 5 to 10 times higher than Anambra and even three times more than the whole SE but you wonder the underdevelopment there. Don’t argue with me with the statistics above but confirm. Bayelsa is not doing well at all despite the wealth of that state.
