You have to learn that minding your business is the best you can get.

Be a good teacher and trust me nobody will come for your life. I hate bad teachers.

I will start by appreciating all health workers, criminals and bankers who have to wear facemask even when they don't want to.

Haven read international and local news, I saw the need to protect myself by wearing a face mask and getting myself a hand sanitizer.

But nobody told me how difficult wearing a facemask could be. I am barely two hours in this thing and I simply can't go on (Local man can no longer can) I really feel like I am killing myself even before the virus arives.

I know adaptation is inevitable but tell us what your first day of masking's like... and possibly how we (jjc) can overcome it.

2 Wash your hand regularly
