Hello All,
Please, I am new here and need a guidance on my B1/B2 Visa.

in 2017, I got my Visa with my wife and truth been told, we didn't know she was 2 weeks gone. We wrote to the embassy to inform them about our intention to use the visa for childbirth and they replied we can as long as we can defend our purpose at the port of entry. Fortunately, No question was asked related to this matter and was able to enter the US and deliver the baby. To cut the long story, Upon our application for renewal (Dropbox), the visa was denied under 221g and we went for the interview with the proof of payment (Zero Balance Letter) but was denied.

We have reapplied for our B1/B2 visa in 2023 and hoping to visit the embassy for an interview in November.

Please, is there anything we need to do to defend or proof our innocence? Although, I stayed 1 week for the first time in the US and stayed 2 weeks for the second visit while my wife stayed 3 months at a stretch and both left at the same time for Nigeria?

Please, we need professional advise on what to do during the interview.

@ucyyboy, Alws think before you address because you dont know who is at the other end. Mind you, i finish my ND from yabatech, 2007 section Accounting Department, presently i am a student of UNILAG (DLI) Acounting 200level. I never post to assist anybody but only to let people be aware of what is going on as my girl also want admission in yabatech that led me to the contact of my colleague in HND and My lecturers. I feel embarassed at your comment. I pray that god should lead us all to the right part. @ALL. Please watch right and be carefull.

We are all tired of this DLI stuff as they always comes up with different decision everyday. One carry over is N20,000 while N25,000 for two, N30,000 for three e. t. c this is unfair as long as we are still in the system do we need to pay extra charges after payment of the huge school fees? Yet no result on time and they want us to pay the school fees without results.

I was at yabatech as at monday 12/07/10 to get the scratch card for post utme but the school is presently on strike as the form is pending till resumption of the staff. I shall update all as i will also be there today. Concerning scammers, Please be smart as its not easy to detect them. Also, some are truly to assist but may be unfortunate as many are there to also render assistance in submission of the enrty to one person (H.O.D.) which will need to be select randomly. JUST BE PRAYERFUL.
