If on my application, I say I'm applying for 2 weeks buh I end up staying for 1 month, will it have a negative impact on my future applications?

Please do not try it, your next application will be refused.
Once you states 2 weeks during application then you must use the 2 weeks and return, you can still travel for 3 months within the Visa validity period.

Makaveli1166:
Please I Need Your Opinions On Which Country To Migrate To With I N4m

I have decided to escape from this country in search of a saner climate for work or business. To be sincere i have raised 4million naira only in cash but don't want to invest it here due to unfavorable climate .so as a chemical/petrochemical engineer.Kindly list out 1st world countries i can relocate to and the steps to take to achieve it.
Your kind input would forever be appreciated.

@Makaveli1166
I just want to commend you for your effort to save such amount in Naija Economic climate, well done.
Over 15 years ago , I did not have half of that amount but it took me about 3 to 4 years to achieve my plans of travelling out, in the process, I applied for scholarship with application fee which nothing happened till date.
I had only SSCE result back then but I eventually got admission into 5 or more countries before I chose 1 and today am very happy, no regrets, it was the best decision at the time, the first year was not smooth ,neither was second year but it was a process to study and know the environment.
Bro, don't listen to those who are saying invest in agriculture, am into it bro and for over a year, am still investing.
my suggestion
Sit down, examine what you want then figure out which country will suit your needs, don't go through travel agent ,they are all scam, I did all travel things myself from admission even up to Visa.
Think of countries that you can enter as a student but can change status later, please remove idea of visiting visa, visiting visa does work in the US in the past but I don't know of now.
Be aware of scammers sending you pms.
All the best.

Hi Everyone,

Have always been a Guest on the forum for over six (6) years, just want to let members here know that with detail information available on the forum you stand a chance of getting visa.

I applied for my mum to visit the UK back in 2015 (her 1st application on a new passport), her six month visa was granted but I made a mistake, I filled the application form for my mum but didn't specified duration of which she eventually spent 5 months in the UK.

I applied to renew her visa twice after her visit , she was refused.
Reasons for refusal.
1st Refusal = she overstayed(she spent 4 months 3 weeks) instead of 3 weeks and large deposit in her account, ECO not sure she will return.
2nd Refusal= No clear source of income and large deposit.

Action point.
The last refusal was last year, the application was reviewed and process by a UK based Immigration lawyer, so based on the refusal, I decided not to use any lawyer again . I decided to be sending a specific amount of money to my mum every month (I was using a registered money transfer company and keeping receipt of transactions) , I asked my sis to collect rent from my mum tenants and pay it to her (mum account) on a specific day of the month which we run for 8 months.
Recent Application.
I filled the form myself, print out all receipt of money sent to her for over 8 months and I explained that the large amount of money that I sent to my mum was for my brother Master degree school fees.
List of document
Invitation letter (stated my mum is coming for 3 weeks for my son birthday)
proof of my employment
receipt of transfer
bank statement (joint account)
Water bill
Council tax
mortgage details.

My Mum document
Passport
Land documentation
letters from my junior one (stating she is responsible for their school fees and other financial needs).

Note
My mum account balance before application was not up to 400k Naira.

The application took 9 working days and she was given 2 years visa.
