VisaOfficer:Thank you VO, I was issued a visa. CONGRATULATIONS TO ME |
Itstyme:Absolutely, the long wait was worth it. Thank you. I wish you the best too if you happen to go for it. |
Faymike:You are welcome. Is there anything you'd like to know before your trip? |
Itstyme:Hi, thank you for the well wishes. Visa was approved. I'm waiting for DHL delivery |
Luxuryconsult:Hi, I rescheduled to 8th December. Thank you. |
Itstyme:Thank you so much, I am hoping for the best. In case of anything feel free to inquire. |
Itstyme:Hello, sorry for the late response . Mine was a k1 visa, fiance visa that is, we aren't married yet. My fiance filed the petition in March, got the Notice of Application 1 in April. We got the NOA2 after 5 months, first week of September. The application was sent to my local embassy after two weeks, and an email sent to me with a list of required documents for my interview. I scheduled my medical examination appointment, unfortunately the listed medical center in my country handles immigration medical examination for many countries, USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, AUSTRIA, so my medical appointment came like three weeks later. I filed form Ds 160 online and scheduled my interview, again, the earliest available date was like a month and weeks later, that is 28th November(Next week) . The embassy in Nairobi serves most East African contries, so it's always booked. The mistake I did was schedule my interview appointment after medical examination. You can schedule an appointment even before you do the medical examination, to save on time. That is approximately nine months since the first day of filling the petition. It can be 7-8 months. |
Khonvicted:Hello, sorry for the late response. After the approval, it will take about 2-3 weeks to get an e-mail from your local embassy with a list of interview requirements. The email may be sent to you, or your fiance, you should both keep checking. After you receive the email, you can schedule an interview appointment and do your medical examination. You will fill a form Ds 160, have 5 passport photographs, birth certificate, police clearance certificate. |
OP, she was 17 at the time the offence was committed, and a mens rea was not established. |
Dear VO, My fiance is a US citizen, I was denied a travelling visa early 2016 since we had not met in person and I was a student by then. I cleared my postgraduate in November and he immediately travelled to see me for a month. He came to see me again this year September for a month. He made a petition for k1 visa and my interview is due in two weeks. Does my first denial have an impact in the issuance of the k1 visa? Does one denial automatically make you prone to another denial? |
toseen7:ha ha ha. |
obua:Thank you |
thorpido:Thank you, yes, I'll be careful. Is it a friendly environment ?friendly people |
bkool7:My most sincere appreciation. I'll apply for the visa tomorrow. I'll keep you informed, if possible, I can travel with your friends if they don't mind, so I can have the company while there。 |
I appreciate the response. No, I don't know anyone in Lagos or Nigeria as a whole. I want to visit shops I can find unique Nigerian made clothes and shoes. Interact with different people in Nigeria, Oh my, I'd love to listen to people speak pidgin, and learn too. Go to a Nigerian club, dance to those naija music like hell, eat Nigerian delicacies. |
Hello, I'm a Kenyan lady in my mid twenties. Nigeria is one African country I've always had in my travel bucket list and I would love to visit in November. What is the approximate amount I should have to enjoy a one week visit. What is the standard of living over there? Which hotels would you recommend so I can check online? Is it better to visit Abuja or Lagos? |

Nairobi is a party city, which gets busy from Monday to Sunday. This weekend will even be a better one for them as Wizkid will be having a concert. Huddah Monroe, who always had a crush on Wizkid, and even calls herself *STARGAL, has requested pretty ladies to attend a pre party on Friday to choose the one who will warm the bed with wizkid over the weekend. These are the challenges that comes with dating a celebrity, he has plenty others to warm his bed in every country. |
Their luo women are naturally blessed with good body and brains. Lupita nyong'o is a luo |
Kenyan ladies are just as aggressive as Nigerian men, they don't have limits. They take risk when it comes to men, Nairobi is full or interracial marriages, white men to black Kenyan ladies. There are also so many Emeka and Chinedu in Nairobi |
why do some men think a lady who rides and does every monkey trick on bed is an olosho? some are born athletic and creative. |
[quote author=tinkinjow post=57141200]How long is the rail line? In our case here they're singing praises for someone "personally negotiating" a projected not for constructing it. BTW where's Lagos light rail.[/quote 1300Km

The president of Kenya officially opened the Standard Gauge Railway, a project that commenced in 2013. This is said to boost their economy as the train which goes at a speed of 120km/h is faster thus lessening the 10 hour journey to 5hours. The passengers will be charged 700, which is 7dollars,as opposed to the bus price of 1200. Their dollar to shillings is (1dollar-100 Kenya shillings). The transportation of containers from Mombasa to Nairobi will also be half the normal price. Africa is a land of opportunities, good leadership is all it takes and our grass will be as much green. Let's make Africa great.

Hi, I've tried following the conversation, unfortunately I don't know your previous story about the marriage. However, for child custody cases, the court considers the best interest of the child before granting custody to either party. In this case, the best interest is for a child to be with the mother at a tender age, if the mother is not violent and has the ability to give the child reasonable shelter, food and clothing. In rare cases will the father get custody for a two year old, unless he proves you are an irresponsible mother, a drunkard, and one who gets involved with many men. You can challenge his petition and also request for child maintainance. Kindly give any facts that may strengthen the case, like the father's life, does he travel a lot, is he violent, does he not provide for the child's needs.. |
