Mailed nipost prior to this time and the info they gave was not different from the one on their website.

Once custody changed to NIPOST, tracking was stuck at "received by local delivery company" and third party sites didn't help either

Expected date of delivery before now was 30th August but since that delivery wasn't fulfilled on that date, the status is now showing sorry, logistics delay, we will deliver it to you as soon as possible . So they are even aware that I should have received it by now

Just keep hoping that it gets delivered safely. Otherwise, you will have to get an official document from NIPOST HQ in Abuja to proof that your item didn't get delivered. With that, you can get a refund from AliExpress.

It wasn't free shipping. Paid about 20k for Aliexpress Standard Shipping. Pouch that I brought 4 days before ordering for the tablet got delivered by speedaf 2 weeks after.

In the review , someone in Nigeria bought from the seller and it got delivered yesterday through same Nipost through Singapore Post.

I check by the PO today if the package has arrived

Was it free shipping? One of the disadvantages of free shipping is that the seller will use their preferred shipping method which in most cases will be the cheapest (aka NIPOST)

It's a Xiaomi Pad 6 tablet.

Regular tracking all the way from the Xiaomi official store. Stalled when it came in country. Fingers crossed I might be lucky

Prominent Nigerian senator Orji Uzor Kalu has been sentenced to 12 years in prison after being found guilty of 39 fraud charges amounting to $19.6m (£14.9m).

Kalu is a member of President Muhammadu Buhari's All Progressives Congress and a chief whip in the federal parliament's upper house.

When I started reading this story it was like starting to watch game of thrones for the first time from season one in 2017. You see I was so happy seeing that by the time i get to the end of the pages, the script would have been written. Only to finally get to the end, mid august and noticed it hasn’t been updated like forever. It was like actually waiting for GOT until 2019.
