No seller agrees shipping through any other means except Singapore post especially when it comes to phones. I lost 3 phones using Singapore . Worst part of it is that refund takes forever to reflect on your account by some of the Fintech

One thing people need to know is that when it comes to mobile phones and some other items, Aliexpress ships exclusively using Signpost. Hence, no amount of pleading with seller could change that fact.

Moreover, that you didn't receive your items doesn't mean Singapore post is bad. All the mobile phones I've got from AliExpress were shipped by the logistics company, and they were successfully delivered. For the ones that didn't arrive, I had to settle for a refund.

In a nutchel, it's all about luck.

I've noticed what you said. I picked 4 items and got 1 free slot (making it 5 items). Total amount when selecting amounted to $10.96. When I proceeded to checkout, it showed $29+ .... I had to close the app, reopen it. Remove all the items I selected and re-added them again (total $10.96), but it still showed $29+. I left and checked again after a couple of minutes and checked out with the correct $10.96

Expected date of delivery before now was 30th August but since that delivery wasn't fulfilled on that date, the status is now showing sorry, logistics delay, we will deliver it to you as soon as possible . So they are even aware that I should have received it by now
