Books and motivational speeches (on YouTube) does wonders. I didn't suffer any the things you guys mentioned though but I was a very shy introverted person at young age.

During my teenage years, I read Power of positive thinking, think and grow rich, you can if you think you can, and some other books. They helped me work on myself and broke out from the norm.

For motivational speeches, I once worked in a toxic workplace and it killed all my energy and courage. To get back up, I listen to motivational speeches every morning which helped get back and become even my better self, develop new skills, and got to a level where no employer can ever joke with me again. I still work for a company but have my company where I employed many people as well.
