As I suspect there is no video and no press conference.

Who wants to bet that you will not see Buhari in any press conference discussing any current event or issue other than talking generally about elections or Boko haram.

You had a president, however America ordered his removal the weekend following his inauguration.

Photos and clips of Buhari we are being shown since beginning of June were recorded during his 2 months as president elect.

Speeches are ok, but a press conference where he is taking questions on current events, such as his absence at NAss when he was expected to inaugurate.

Until he exchanges words with journalists and and answers questions on current issues especially questions about delay in appointing ministers, or his failure to inaugurate his own NAss, it is very doubtful he is in power.

If a country makes a formal state 3 day state visit especially at invitation of the host country, you would expect to have a high ranking US government officials welcome them to the USA at the airport, typically minimum level should be the Secretary of State John Kerry.

America has been running Nigeria since 1999, any Nigerian president who refuse to be mere a figurehead, is removed.

Hence Buhari's removal and Yara Dua's removal.

We never see Buhari take any questions from journalists or even exchange small talk with any journalist on video.

Reason we are only seeing old photos that were taken of him whilst he was still only the President elect; is because he was secretly removed on the weekend following his inauguration.

Showing him talking to journalists may expose the real date of the images we are being shown.

My guess is that these photos are taken in America's consulate in Germany is in May 2015, when he met G7 leaders at preliminary gatherings prior to the G7 summit in June.

As if there are not more important things to be getting on with given that there are no ministers.

The Obamas had lingered past 11pm over dinner at an Italian place in Greenwich Village on Friday and took an after-hours tour of the Whitney Museum that lasted until midnight.

The New York weekend was Mr Obama's idea. He often laments that his girls are less interested in spending time with him now that they are older. But the concept gets a little complicated, of course, when dad is the president.

Mr Obama's every move requires massive security precautions that tie the bustling streets of New York in knots, and he can attract throngs of onlookers in an instant.
