King Ochacho says the ₦400 Million House He Gifted Peller on His Wedding Day Will Remain in His Son's Name.

Real estate businessman King Ochacho has explained why the ₦400 million Abuja mansion he presented to content creator Peller and his wife, Jarvis, on their wedding day will remain in his son's name.

Speaking during a recent livestream, King Ochacho said the property was originally acquired for his son, which is why he has no intention of transferring the ownership documents to Peller or Jarvis.

According to him, the couple is free to live in the house for as long as they wish and enjoy every benefit that comes with it. However, the title documents will remain in his son's name because the property was purchased for him.

The businessman stressed that his decision should not be seen as a withdrawal of the gift, noting that the couple still has unrestricted access to the mansion despite the ownership arrangement.

The current Minister of Budget and Economic Planning of Nigeria is Abubakar Atiku Bagudu. He was appointed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and assumed office on 21 August 2023 for just one job.

Bagudu was previously indicted for embezzlement, misappropriation, extortion and fraud.

Every high profile kidnapping cases, and subsequent release of the victims are made possible by ransom payments in billions of naira by the government. Samaila Kaigama is one of the middle men helping the government to negotiate and pay ransoms to terrorists. His arrest by the DSS is just to stop him from reveiling more details to the public..

Unfortunately, there is nothing new or different Tinubu is ready to do to end the insecurity. His only interest is to continue with the non-kinetic approach till he gets elected for the second term.

The Department of State Services (DSS) has arrested Samaila Ibrahim Kaigama, President of the Borno State Youths Association (BOSYA), in Abuja on Wednesday. The arrest reportedly came shortly after he appeared on Channels Television, where he made allegations regarding ransom payments allegedly made to Boko Haram terrorists.

Confirming the development, Omoyele Sowore (AAC presidential candidate and human rights activist) said a lawyer from Deji Adeyanju's law firm was sent to see Kaigama in detention but was denied access to both the detainee and the DSS premises after waiting over an hour.

Sowore described the arrest as an attempt to silence Kaigama and criticized the DSS's handling of the matter, saying security agencies are operating without regard for citizens' rights.

No official statement has been issued by the DSS confirming the reason for the arrest or responding to the access-denial claims.
