Dr. Ere Siana Sintei Ogbachi, a Nigerian obstetrician-gynecologist (OBGYN), has passed away in Bayelsa State following the successful delivery of triplets. The tragic incident occurred at the Niger Delta University Teaching Hospital (NDUTH). In the same way Wike represented your interests in destabilizing the PDP, the party has now effectively become an annex of the APC. The same Wike also played a role in weakening the LP. Can you imagine? Tinubu removed subsidy, devalued naira, keeps collecting loans at random, all with little or nothing to show for it, except to fuel his political ambitions. All these malpractices had already shocked the economy. Blaming the war between the US and Iran is to cover up your incompetence. The United States and Iran failed to reach an agreement after a day of highly anticipated face-to-face peace talks, Washington's lead negotiator Vice President J.D. Vance announced on Sunday. "The bad news is that we have not reached an agreement. And I think that's bad news for Iran much more than it's bad news for the US... they have chosen not to accept our terms," Vance said in a press conference in Islamabad, before boarding Airforce Two to leave the country. Asked what the major sticking point had been that led to the breakdown in negotiations, Vance said: "The simple fact is that we need to see an affirmative commitment that they will not seek a nuclear weapon, and they will not seek the tools that would enable them to quickly achieve a nuclear weapon." However, he left open the possibility an agreement could still be reached, saying: "We leave here with a very simple proposal: a method of understanding that is our final and best offer," adding, "We'll see if the Iranians accept it." The talks — which lasted for 21 hours — began in Islamabad on Saturday as the two sides looked to reach a deal to end the war that has shaken the Middle East for six weeks. It was the first face-to-face engagement between the U.S. and Iran since 2015, when the Obama administration negotiated a nuclear deal with Iran that was later scrapped by Trump. The negotiations took place amid a fragile ceasefire between the two countries, made even more shaky following Israel's continued strikes on Lebanon and Iran's demand to maintain control over the Strait of Hormuz.

Clueless government always looking for a scapegoat. From blaming a screwdriver seller in Aba, to blaming mai shayi in Kano for snitching on them. Have they arrested all the so-called repentant terrorists recruited into the Nigerian army leaking Intel to their brothers in Sambisa forest? In Jos, the governor could not step out of the armor tank to address his people. Tinubu could not leave the airport to visit the victims of insecurity. Even the generals in the Nigerian army are slaughtered like chickens, and all that Tinubu does is to mourn. Aren't all these enough information to foreign bodies that all is not well in Nigeria? Aliyu Gebi is a professional security consultant. There's no information he has about Nigeria that is not accurate. Even the fund for rehabilitation of repentant Boko Haram was increased from N50b to N115b by Tinub, amidst rising cases of terrorism in the nation. This is yet another tragic reminder that insecurity in Nigeria remains dangerously unresolved. The loss of civilians, CJTF members, and security personnel shows a systemic failure in intelligence, coordination, and proactive defense. At this point, responsibility must be placed where it belongs—on leadership. Bola Ahmed Tinubu was elected with the promise of renewed hope, yet communities continue to face relentless attacks from insurgents like Boko Haram and ISWAP. Nigerians cannot continue to live under constant fear while the government appears reactive rather than decisive. Security is the primary duty of any administration. Until there is clear, measurable, and sustained action that dismantles these terror networks and protects vulnerable regions, statements and condemnations will no longer be enough.
