it is 4 people per state but that doesn't mean one can't get lucky...it's even 3 males one female allocation per state according to what I heard. Now imagine if you are a lady and you applied for the job

Most times, yes. But, on some ocassions, like the f.c. UK call I worked on today, there was a rep at the beginning of the call, different from the rep on the top of the screen. The rep on the tip of the screen later came on towards the end of the convo.

What about a situation where, let's say, someone from Nairaland Circle called a company/someone but the company's/person's secretary picked the call.

I think I should still label the one from Nairaland Circle a REP while the other a Customer?

Guys.., I opened my browser to do some work just now, then I noticed that I was logged out. I tried logging in and it keeps returning me back to the login page.
