Just a recap

1. Before you apply for any course ensure you are eligible for it, you can always chat me up to help you check. Dont apply for any course based on assumptions.


2. The sale of form has been extended to oct 9th 2020.

3. If you have original certificate you dont need transcripts.

4. If you are applying with statement of results you need transcripts. But I always advice my students not to submit their transcripts at the application stage, wait until you are admitted before you forward your transcripts to avoid waste of money.

5. You dont need reference letter.

6. Application is done 100% online, consequently you dont need to submit anything to the dept.

7. Entrance exam will be conducted for all depts. You are excepted to meet the cut off mark for each dept to get the admission.

8. Unilag postgraduate admission is 98% by merit.

9. I can help you run your application without you having to come to Unilag. Chat me privately if you want me to handle your registration for you.

10. I have past questions for all courses and I conduct online classes for all depts as well. In these classes lecture are held, important materials relevant for the entrance exam are shared. applicant have opportunity to meet fellow Applicants going for the same course as them. Under proposed course pls dont choose master of philosophy choose master of science or master of education or master of art as applicable to you.

Master of philosophy is for those that have done masters before but didn't get PHD grade so they need to do master of philosophy before doing PHD.

though there is a possibility of extension by a month, this has been the norm over the years but unilag can decide to change that this year so dont bank on that, if you are yet, it is better you do your registration now.

despite all these i have been saying on this group, some people are still filling courses they aint qualified for.

this is one of the reasons i made this group private so nobody says he-she didnt know.

You will be disqualified out-rightly no matter how high you score in the entrance exam. pls dont gamble with this.

the first step of this journey is checking eligiblity of your proposed course of study.

kindly take note of this.

For the application, Anybody can be your referee, unilag dont contact those referees, so you are free to use anybody but not your family member as it isnt professional

passport size too is immaterial, forget what you read.

Few weeks to the end of application.

Start this journey to earn your postgraduate degree and better you life and career.

Some persons all they need to move to the next level of their career is this step while others also need this step to start their career.

Dont allow people talk you out.

Postgraduate degree is still very relevant today and will be in the future. The relevance is not transient.

However, I will advice, do your due diligence before picking a course you want to do. It is not a must you must do the same course you did in your first degree, infact in most situations it is not ideal except you are a lecturer or an academic.

There are alot of courses that are hot cake in the labour market, dont streamline yourself to a particular course.

Be deliberate about this while making your choice.
