Pusha T is lowkey one of the top 10 MC's in the game right now. His hard hitting bars, combined with his drug dealing swag, always makes for an interesting listen. I wouldn't say his last album was underwhelming, but I would say it wasn't as legendary as I thought it could've been.

This new album with its wicked title, and a dark album cover promises to be nothing to be messed with.

1. Crutches, Crosses, Caskets (5/5)

In this track Pusha spits some of his best lines. He's really feeling himself on it. It's short, but gutter! It's produced by Diddy too! He's BAAAACK! And believe it or not, I would've preferred if Diddy spoke on the track. Maybe a quick "uh huh, that's right!" or my favorite Puffy quotable....the "hai hai hai hai" Like he just finished eating a big ass bowl of hot chilli.

Favorite Lines: "Your Man Crush Monday Owes Me". "Only thing we have in common is N---az bleed!".

2. Intro (4.7/5)

If you plan on listening to the album from start to finish, this intro will get you in the mode. It starts off the feel he wanted the listener to have for the album.

The beat is RAWWWWWWWW!
Only problem is that it's a short song.


3. Untouchable (Best Song) (4.7/5)

Jesus Christ, my LORD and Savior! Can a beat be any sicker than this! Timbaland is Fat now, but his production skills has not wavered!

The song samples Notorious B.I.G., and if you're gonna do that, you better come with it. News Flash, Pusha comes WITH IT.

4. M.P.A. (4.2/5)

No Verse from Kanye, No verse from Cole, and ASAP is in the background doing whatever he's doing (Cause I can't hear him). Once you get past that marketing trickery, you can judge the song fairly as a solo Pusha track.

In this track Pusha is giving you soulful, passionate bars. Nothing heinous, nothing gutter, all uplifting. I'm not saying the song is great, but the title/features manipulate you in thinking it is.


5. Sunshine (4/5)

*Trivia* This is the second song from a rapper called Sunshine that features Jill Scott. The other being Lupe's from "Food & liquor".

You want political awareness from a rapper? This is it. He speaks on Freddie Gray, speaks on marching, and the total injustice in the United States of America.


Overall Rating: 8/10

Very solid album. Didn't realize it'll be this deep. It is not versatile, it is consistently dark and soulful. The whole album is worth a listen.

Chris Brown releases albums like hotcakes! "Fan of Fan (the Album)" and "X" feel like they just came out! Well this album is a little more personal, it's an album titled after his daughter Royalty. How sweet. How nice! In case you don't feel like listening to the whole album, I give you the top 5 songs on the album with an explanation.

1. Liquor (Best Song)

Obviously it's a good song, and there is a reason he released it as his single. It's catchy, and it's straight to the point. Who doesn't have adventures with liquor sometimes?

2. Back To Sleep

There is a new trend of R&B singers being vulgar, explicit and straight to the point. F-- her straight to sleep. While she's asleep, I'm going to watch some SportsCenter highlights. ("Damn Durant why you dunk on him so filthy!?" I like it, but I'm kinda scared.

3. Make Love

Nice, chill, old school vibe type track. Almost like something from the 70's. Didn't realize his vocals can get there.

4. Wrist

It just starts off ratchet as hell! Why everyone feel like they can rap like Future? Like why do people think they can sound exactly like someone else and be successful? He sounds like Migos and Future. Ok once you get past that plagiarism, it turns out to be a good, futuristic type of ratchet song.

5. Zero (Dumbest Track)

How old are we again? This track is probably the equivalent to Jim Jones "Na na boo boo" song. With that being said it is the defacto number 5 song, because the other tracks just do not quite stand out like this one.

The other tracks can be ignored.

Jeremih has hits, and that's facts. Think about every Jeremih song you ever heard....Now tell me to my face right now that each and every one of them wasn't a hit. If you do, you'll be telling a lie to you and yourself! This album is really well put, and shows off his consistency in the music industry. But what are the best songs on the album though?

1. Planez
Of course Planez is the best song on the album. It's Grammy nominated for good reason. It's smooth, and timeless.

2. Don't Tell Em'
Shouldn't have been on the album, but since it is, we can't deny that it's one of the top 5 on the album.

3. Oui
A VERY (And I mean by a negroes chinny chin chin!!) close second is this track. It's hot, it's got great vibes, and it is so relate able to so many!

4. Impatient
This is the type of track you put on in the background as you get ready to hit the club for ridiculous behavior. Ty Dolla Sign's verse sounds a little distorted and loud. But its cool.

5. Royalty
I like the song because it's definitely unique. Very slow sounding track that perfectly fits Future. It also fits Big Seans Monotone voice. Only problem is it doesn't sound like its his song.

4. Lil' Wayne - What You Sayin' (4/5)

This is old school Weezy! Bars and serial killer type beats! It definitely goes!

3. Wale Ft. Kanye West and Ty Dolla Sign - The Summer League (4/5)

This version of the track is WAYYYYYY better! If you remember this track came out a few months ago and it seemed unlistenable because of its quality.

Its party music with good rappers. You should appreciate that.

2. Clubhouse - Mac Miller (4.4/5)

Wigga what, wigga who? he's rapping his ass off on this track! I can dig it. The beat goes wayyyyyyy tooooo hard!

1. Vice City - Jay Rock (4.5/5)

I wonder who's album this is..... Is it Jay Rocks album or Kendricks? Well the whole gang is together on this track so that's cool beans.

Kendricks verse is too good!
Jay Rock keeps up pretty well.
AbSoul kills it. Probably the best verse!
Schoolboy Q kills it too. Second best verse!

I can do without the chorus though.

Surprisingly he is good! I really like his melodies. I get that feel that he wants to be a great rapper. Don't bother listening to the whole thing, the songs I think are good are the ones he's talking about women in my opinion. When he starts talking about guns and being gangsta he loses me!

Overall, I love the versatility of the album. He's not talking about anything other then what he's going through in life which keeps it real. He experiments with different types of sounds, and absolutely kills it with his melodies.

I do find some of the tracks a little monotonous, and feell like he doesn't do enough of what he does best.

I know some of you guys have seen me on here before as the widowspeakbandit posting album reviews. Some saw me defending myself with certain funny post lol. But I took a break from blogging because I wanted to receive a masters from University of Maryland (which I did). Now that I finished, I'm ready to make it big. I think my site has great potential!

Nairaland was the very first forum that I went to for feedback and support, and the support is great! Smart responses, very supportive people. I love to give it back as much as I can! I'm US-Based, Nigerian-American, that feels it's important to gain my fellow Nigerian peoples opinion as I rise!

I do like some of the fonts that you used. But, I think one good method to use, is to allow for just a snippet of a story, that will generate more clicks.

I really like your post. It's very hard to find a good pay per click site after getting banned from adsense (Which everyone gets banned). Bidvertiser is simple, and striaghtforward. Don't expect to gain 1000 dollars in two days! it'll take time and hardwork, but it's definitely useful.
