Standard Chartered Bank is seeking for suitable individuals to fill the role of an Investment Advisor in its Wealth Management Division.

Job Description

• Provide Investment Advice to Clients to meet the client’s desired investment objectives and increase bank’s share of client investment business
• Support in the execution of strategic agenda for Investment Advisory with the purpose of maximizing growth, market share & profitability for Investment Services
• Support RMs and Sales teams in proffering appropriate solutions to clients investment needs
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within Investment products in particular, and Wealth Management products in general
• Improve quality & performance of Investment products on offer
• Produce profitable solutions to meet the client financial objectives
• Contribute strongly to the overall Investment business’ growth and profitability

Strategy

• Understand and effectively communicate the bank’s Investment House views to RMs and Clients
• Support the Bank’s agenda to be a strong provider of Wealth Management and Investment solutions.
• Ensure that regular portfolio reviews are carried out on clients’ portfolios, and alignment with the bank’s investment house views is achieved always
• Be a trusted advisor

Risk Management

• Ensure full awareness of all policies and procedures issued in relation to AML, ABC, FATCA, KYC
• Ensure awareness of all policies relating to sales processes and operational risk, and ensure compliance by all responsible parties
• Ensure understanding and compliance of the Group Code of Conduct

Governance

• Ensure that clients are duly profiled and risk rated before products are offered
• Ensure that clients are only offered products within their risk rating
• Ensure the proper treatment of vulnerable persons (age and literacy wise) and their transactions

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of a second class degree from an accredited university
Strong analytical ability
Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English), with proven ability to work across cultures and within a dynamic environmen
Able to hold credible dialogue at all levels of the organisation, as well as with clients
Professional Investment/WM qualifications advantageous, but not required
In compliance with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Act of 2004, all applicants should ensure that they have completed the mandatory NYSC programme. A discharge certificate will be required as evidence of completion of the programme. Where an exemption has been granted, a certificate of exemption/exclusion will also be required

The Role

As a Technical Support Representative at QServers Network Limited, you will receive inbound calls from potential and current customers seeking to purchase website hosting, web design, search engine optimization, and other services.
Primarily, you will be troubleshooting web hosting related issues with our current customers and helping them manage their account information.
These customers need your help with issues that they cannot resolve on their own.
What You Will Do

You will work directly with customers via telephone and email to troubleshoot products and/or services in order to facilitate the purchase of new products and/or services.
When customers will contact you with their issues, you will utilize your tech-savvy knowledge and provide appropriate solutions to the best of your ability.
You will have the support of your peers, supervisors, resource pages, and more to aid you in the process.
Your goal is to ensure that the customer has a positive experience with their product/service.
What You Bring To The Table

Your ability to woo others with your written and verbal communication skills in the English language
Your dexterity in managing multiple tasks and screens efficiently, while maintaining focus and control
Your attention to detail to ensure customers have the best experience possible while meeting departmental goals
Your reliability to work assigned shifts and complete work as expected
Your experiences in the areas of technical support and customer service
Your proven ability to learn and understand the many web hosting technologies quickly and accurately(knowledge and experience with cPanel, DNS, FTP, WHM is a plus!)
Your intrinsic motivation to put in 110%+ to provide an outstanding customer service experience
