Hey,

Like you said most if not all these options have one thing in common they charge high rates in the exchange from Naira to USD.

I finally found a solution that is affordable, having less chages and gives more options especailly for resellers in the crypto world.

Using this link below you can create a card without KYC now (Offer is limited so hurry)

https://pst.net/?hash=8838d80e9d274af75c074bbf1bdb78a2

This is the only card service I know where you can get a VCC for for Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads etc without KYC stress. Only do KYC for more options.

Loading is $1 card creation
Card deposit fee is from 2%
Withdrawal from card to account fee is 0%
3D Secure is avlaible

Remember when GetBater started and you could create multiple cards using multiple names and some of us resold it or repackaged it for paypal accounts deals.

This offers a more diverse solution as you can create upto 100 cards with varying details.

Note: Remember how those got to GetBarter first made the most of it before the rates increased and services changed? Well, make the best of this opportunity as this is fresh and has super abundant options for profit making and seamless transactions online.

Jobs/Vacancies2020 Team Building: Learning, Training And Earning by write987(op):
We're in March already, 3 months into the New Year and many resolutions made are merely dreams and unachievable goals.

Yet no goal is unachievable, did you know that it only takes a dedication of just 20 hours to learn something new. 20 hours is what it takes to learn anything? Learn any skill? 10,000 hours to be a professional or excellent at anything - singular focus.

So for anyone interested in learning something new as well as earn from it over time then let's do this. Please take your time and read through then if interested use the link at the bottom of the page to get started.

Plan/Outline

We have less than 30 days, this training/test phase will end monthly, starting in 2020.

Each week God willing you'll be given an opportunity to personally create and earn from a passive income.

Also each week we'll have power days, days where all teams come together to share ideas and restrategize.

Reality - Time

Everything takes time even cooking indomie takes time. You'll have to plan with time and trust it with patience.

Warren Buffet once gave a vivid example of time and success, he says, you cannot make a woman pregnant and have her give birth in a month it takes 9 months. Even if you impregnate 9 women it won't happen.

And Bishop Tudor Bismark says, some of us have gifts God's wrapped in time and it'll take patience and trusting His guidance before we can unwrap it.

One Rule

Inaction (failure) equals deletion (goodbye).
Also greed (smoke - puff success or temporary success) equals isolation.

Greed

Personally learned the ills of progress and business in life on forex. Easy come, easy go but with controlled greed you'll do more.

With no greed you'll be unstoppable and the only business that's with zero greed is social enterprise (you can Google it).

And that's what this is, freely enabling minds to take action and be relentless in molding the future while providing helpful resources.

Unity

Our country is in pain because we lack true unity, the entire world is in silent groan from greed and lack of unity. We won't proceed to learn something new until everyone on your team has learned and can teach.

This cannot be overemphasized, we need to work together to grow. Some are fast and some are slow yet God made us all. If you have any respect for God then learn to be patient with His creation, His design.

We'll go through phases and some will get it very quickly and even earn some money but others might be clueless, that's where and when we show strength - in helping others.

Charity/Tithe/Zakat

No matter the merger some you have you'll learn to give from your pockets, help the needy and don't bother if they're faking it or are too lazy to work.

Tithing for example isn't something we do to add to God, it's simply a process of reciprocity and progressive flow. In giving you receive.

You can try it and test everything to see if it's viable and true. Go an entire week without giving out tithe/charity/Zakat. And go another week fully giving from whatever little or much you have. You'll be shocked!

Tests/Assessments

Everything you do will be assessed, while school has taught you to rate yourself with scores. I'm sure you've learned entirely different with life.

Here you're performance will be measured holistically, not just scores and numbers which is good but also in ideas, innovative ideas and team work.

The greatest assessment we'll take is that of doing good, showing love - anonymously. How? By giving without seeking recognition or acknowledgement just giving a d helping others.

Ideas/Dreams

Having an idea is amazing while that translates to money in many minds it's actually a needed solution to life, period.

So not acting on the idea over time someone else while birth the same or similar idea. Don't waste your time nursing an idea without any actions. This here you're reading is an idea in motion.

I've learned to fetch from a fountain that never runs dry and hence ideas never ceases for God is the giver of all, we all came naked and surely leaving naked.

Teams

You'll be grouped into teams, small teams and big teams. Small teams you'll select whom to partner with.

Everyone starts in a big team and teams are families, those who think differently, see a future together, work together and plan for the best of each other will surely grow beyond measure.

Benefits

It's free to enroll.
You'll learn something new that's actionable.
You'll have passive incomes setup.
Know more about yourself.
Become a source of blessing/impact unto others.
Learning from others.

Random Tasks/Tests

You'll be given room to grow by putting to practice what you learned. Which includes carrying out trainings on your own or with a few people (maximum of four) to create your team.

It's encouraged we all learn our strengths and applaud/appreciate that of others with compliments and providing helpful ideas.

Goal

There's what's called the herd mentality which is usually like a mob mentality of nothing good or positive.

Then there's the together we can mentality which follows corporate succeses and achievements. Birds do it, grasshoppers do it and ants are referenced for it.

Imagine 100 people each having an online business or blog each striving alone and failing numerously. Now imagine 100 people each supporting individual businesses by massively sharing, commenting and supporting each single blog one at a time.

Whether online or in life, together we'll do more than in isolation. Together from the North, East, West and South we will work together trusting God not our numbers and believing and seeking the best for each other. That's the goal.

Contacts

Full options for direct contact via email, WhatsApp and Texts. Calls only for emergencies.

Donations

This for anyone who've learned something or gained something you feel the need to show appreciation, feel free to do so.

Market/Competition

There's no need to panic or compete against each other, remember united we'll do more and be more.

For stats there's more than 1million people out there waiting, seeking and hoping for help/change/opportunity.

Our singular task is impact, positive impact for a great cause.

Partnerships/Commissions

We'll have partnerships and you'll be paid commissions, you'll learn the beauty of affiliate programs and self-nflicting harm of by passing affiliate links.

A vivid example is this, for someone who loves books but hate reading so audiobooks is an amazing option. Finished 1 book per day. Shared an affiliate link - https://www.scribd.com/ga/87rjxg

Guess what? Some went straight to scribd.com and got 30 days free only but anyone who used the link got 60 days free. Life lesson, you don't grow by bringing others down. Remember by preventing others from progressing we hinder ourselves.

Welcome Test

No one is useless, not a single person was designed by God without a purpose (Google Nick Vujicic). Everyone has an amazing skill, gift and talent unique to this world. Welcome test will show you your strength and some weakness (just so you know alone you're incomplete).

This test will also show you some successful and famous people who share the same strengths and weaknesses as you.

So if they had the same difficulties, strengths and weaknesses you have and they succeeded, you too can do it.

Ready?

Jobs/VacanciesTop 10 Job Interview Tips For Job Seekers by write987(op): 11:56pm On Sep 09, 2019
When you have successfully mastered cover letters, resumes, and job applications and are receiving requests for interviews, it's time to understand how to succeed in the job interview so that you are ever closer to your goal of obtaining one or more job offers.

This article focuses on the 10 most important -- the 10 best -- job-interviewing tips for job-seekers.
Best Job Interviewing Tips for Job Seekers

1. Conduct Research on the Employer, Hiring Manager, Job Opportunity. Success in a job interview starts with a solid foundation of knowledge on the job seeker's part. You should understand the employer, the requirements of the job, and the background of the person (or people) interviewing you. The more research you conduct, the more you'll understand the employer, and the better you'll be able to answer interview questions (as well as ask insightful questions -- see #cool. Information sources include the organization's Website and other published materials, search engines, research tools, and your network of contacts. Learn more about job-search job-interview researching here.

2. Review Common Interview Questions and Prepare Responses.
Another key to interview success is preparing responses to expected interview questions. First, inquire as to the type of interview to expect (which you can do by asking your contact person at the organization). Your goal is composing detailed yet concise responses, focusing on specific examples and accomplishments. A good tool for remembering your responses is to put them into story form that you can tell in the interview. No need to memorize responses (in fact, it's best not to), but at least develop talking points.

3. Dress for Success.
Plan out a wardrobe that fits the organization and its culture, striving for the most professional appearance you can accomplish. Remember that it's always better to be overdressed than under -- and to wear clothing that fits and is clean and pressed. Keep accessories and jewelry to a minimum. Try not to smoke or eat right before the interview -- and if possible, brush your teeth or use mouthwash. Find more detailed advice -- including specifics for men and women job-seekers -- in our article, When Job-Hunting, Dress for Success.

4. Arrive on Time for the Interview -- and Prepared for Success.

There is no excuse for ever arriving late for an interview -- other than some sort of disaster. Strive to arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled interview to complete additional paperwork and allow yourself time to get settled. Arriving a bit early is also a chance to observe the dynamics of the workplace.

The day before the interview, pack up extra copies of your resume or CV and reference list. If you have a portfolio or samples of your work, bring those along too. Finally, remember to pack several pens and a pad of paper to jot notes. Finally, as you get to the offices, shut off your cell phone. (And if you were chewing gum, get rid of it.) For additional tips and advice, read our article, 24-Hour Countdown to the Job Interview.

5. Make Good First Impressions -- to Everyone You Encounter.
A cardinal rule of interviewing: Be polite and offer warm greetings to everyone you meet -- from parking attendant or receptionist to the hiring manager. Employers often are curious how job applicants treat staff members -- and your job offer could easily be derailed if you're rude or arrogant to any of the staff. When it's time for the interview, keep in mind that first impressions -- the ones interviewers make in the first few seconds of greeting you -- can make or break an interview. Make a strong first impression by dressing well (see #3), arriving early (see #4), and when greeting your interviewer, stand, smile, make eye contact, and offer a firm (neither limp and nor bone-crushing) handshake. Remember that having a positive attitude and expressing enthusiasm for the job and employer are vital in the initial stages of the interview; studies show that hiring managers make critical decisions about job applicants in the first 20 minutes of the interview.

6. Be Authentic, Upbeat, Focused, Confident, Candid, and Concise.
Once the interview starts, the key to success is the quality and delivery of your responses. Your goal should always be authenticity, responding truthfully to interview questions. At the same time, your goal is to get to the next step, so you'll want to provide focused responses that showcase your skills, experience, and fit -- with the job and the employer. Provide solid examples of solutions and accomplishments -- but keep your responses short and to the point. By preparing responses to common interview questions (see #2), you'll ideally avoid long, rambling responses that bore interviewers. Always attempt to keep your interview responses short and to the point. Finally, no matter how much an interviewer might bait you, never badmouth a previous employer, boss, or co-worker. The interview is about you -- and making your case that you are the ideal candidate for the job. Read about more interview mistakes in our article, Avoid These 10 Interview Bloopers -- Critical Job-Seeker Mistakes.

7. Remember Body Language, Avoiding Bad Habits. While the content of your interview responses is paramount, poor body language can be a distraction at best -- or a reason not to hire you at worst. Effective forms of body language: smiling, eye contact, solid posture, active listening, nodding. Detrimental forms of body language: slouching, looking off in the distance, playing with pen, fidgeting in chair, brushing back hair, touching face, chewing gum, mumbling. Read more in our article, The Unspoken Secrets of Job Interviewing: How Your Nonverbal Presentation and Behaviors Impact the Impression You Make.

8. Ask Insightful Questions.
Studies continually show that employers make a judgment about an applicant's interest in the job by whether or not the interviewee asks questions. Thus, even if the hiring manager was thorough in his or her discussions about the job opening and what is expected, you must ask a few questions. The smart job-seeker prepares questions to ask days before the interview, adding any additional queries that might arise from the interview. For an idea of questions you could ask at the interview, see our Questions You Can Ask at the Job Interview, as well as our article, Make a Lasting Impression at Job Interviews Using Questions.

9. Sell Yourself Throughout and then Close the Deal.
An adage in interviewing says the most qualified applicant is not always the one who is hired -- which means the hired candidate is often the job-seeker who does the best job in responding to interview questions and showcasing his or her fit with the job, department, and organization. Some liken the job interview to a sales call. You are the salesperson -- and the product you are selling to the employer is your ability to fill the organization's needs, solve its problems, propel its success.

Finally, as the interview winds down, ask about the next steps in the process and the timetable the employer expects to use to make a decision about the position. If you are applying for a sales job -- or a position requiring equivalent aggressiveness -- consider asking for the job at the end of the interview. See our article, Closing the Sale and Overcoming Objections in Job Interview.

10. Thank Interviewer(s) in Person, by Email, and Postal Mail.

As you have already seen from previous tips, common courtesy and politeness go far in interviewing; thus, the importance of thanking each person who interviews you should come as no surprise. Start the process while at the interview, thanking each person who interviewed you. Writing thank-you emails and notes shortly after the interview will not get you the job offer, but doing so will certainly give you an edge over any of the other finalists who did not bother to send thank-you's.
