⚡The 🇷🇺 FSB has identified another foreign civilian ship that could have previously been used to deliver explosives to Ukraine.

Yesterday, traces of TNT and dinitrotoluene were found in the hold and on the surface of the boat of the foreign dry cargo ship BMO River, en route from the 🇹🇷 Turkish Sinop to Rostov, the ministry said.

In June and July, this ship called at the 🇺🇦 Ukrainian port of Reni twice. The FSB notes that a decision has been made to ban the passage of the vessel through the Kerch Strait.

⚡️The 🇰🇵 Supreme Leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-Un met with 🇷🇺 Russian Defense Minister Shoigu and other Military Officials in the Capital of Pyongyang earlier today while showing off a number of “Advanced Weapon Systems” including Intercontinental/Intermediate-Range Ballistic Missiles and Drones.

During the Meeting they also discussed additional Military Cooperation and Support between the Countries.

⚡There is information about the second airfield of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, destroyed by 🇷🇺 Russian missiles.

In the Zhitomir region, a powerful blow fell on the 🇺🇦 Ozernoye airfield. According to some reports, planes taking off from there need another site to land.

DARPA’s budget request for FY24 includes $30M for the program, which is estimated to be complete in 2026.

⚡️🇺🇦 Ukrainian Officials as well as the Deputy Minister of Defense, Hanna Maliar are reporting that they have begun to observe a Large Buildup of 🇷🇺 Russian Forces in the Kharkiv Region near the City of Kupyansk which consist of roughly 100,000 Troops alongside 900 Tanks, 555 Artillery Pieces, and 370 Multiple-Launch Rockets Systems, they are also reporting the Deployment of Russian Support Assets including Fixed-Wing and Helicopter Aircraft towards the Frontline in the Region.

These Officials have stated this may be in preparation for a Major Offensive on the City of Kharkiv that will be done in an attempt to “Draw” 🇺🇦 Ukrainian Forces away from their Counteroffensive in the South.

⚡The President of 🇧🇬 Bulgaria opposed the transfer of military aid to Kyiv

Volodymyr Zelensky said at a press conference in Sofia that Bulgarian President Rumen Radev had refused to provide Ukraine with weapons as assistance. At the same time, in June, Bulgaria prepared a package of military assistance to Kiev, which included equipment made 30-40 years ago.

⚡🇨🇳 China has launched its first homegrown open-source operating system for computers, state media said on Thursday, as Beijing seeks to reduce its foreign dependence at a time of increased rivalry with the United States.

The announcement of the new system came just before 🇺🇸 US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen was due to land in Beijing on Thursday for meetings with Chinese officials aimed in part at stabilising relations between the world’s two leading economies.

The system, called OpenKylin, has been designed as a rival to the ubiquitous Windows and MacOS systems. Previous versions of the software had already been deployed on the computers of some government departments, state media said.

OpenKylin users have access to the software’s lines of code and can modify them as they wish, unlike Microsoft and Apple, which keep the workings of their Windows and MacOS systems secret.
