⚡Konstantin Zatulin, a Russian State Duma deputy and the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration, and Relations with Compatriots, has confirmed the information that Russia is not supplying the weaponry purchased by Armenia, despite Armenia having already paid $400 million. Zatulin stated, “Yes, they (Armenia) purchased weaponry from us. Due to the special operation in Ukraine, we’re delaying its delivery. They used this as an opportunity to turn to others.” This confirmation by a Russian official marks the first instance where the fact that Armenia paid but did not receive the weaponry has been acknowledged, despite various claims by Armenian officials.
