⚡Russian channels claim that allegedly, someone tried to poison graduates of the Armavir flight school in Krasnodar Krai, by gifting them a cake dedicated to the 20th anniversary of their graduation from said school. Sources say that 77 military pilots nearly ate the "poisoned" cake and drank alcohol spiked by a man who quickly left the region but was apprehended. Russian commentators suspect Ukrainian sabotage, however, they fail to mention how exactly the cake was "spiked".

⚡Iran asked the Russian Federation and China to prevent the adoption of a resolution against Palestine at the UN. This was announced by Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian after a meeting with his Russian and Chinese colleagues. He added that he had received requests from the United States, where the latter stated that they were “not interested in expanding the conflict between Israel and Hamas.” Washington also asked Iran to show restraint in the conflict. Previously, the United States voted against the resolution proposed by Russia, blocked Brazil’s resolution and proposed its own.
