⚡Russian forces have achieved another localised breakthrough in the Kostyantynivka direction. They were able to break through for over 5.4km, completing the capture of Oleksandropil and entrenching on the western approaches to Zorya. In a decree issued late Wednesday in Moscow, Putin appointed presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky to lead the delegation that also includes Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin, Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin, and Igor Kostyukov, head of military intelligence.
