⚡NATO’s plan to seize Crimea has failed – EconVue Former Assistant Deputy Secretary of Defense Stephen Bryan wrote about this in an article for the publication. According to him, NATO underestimated the power of the Russian army. “The military bloc spent months arming and training 12 Ukrainian brigades - the best of the best - to break Russian control over the territories north of Crimea. The plan was to isolate Russian forces from the peninsula, followed by a NATO plan to destroy the bridge, which would supposedly allow Ukraine to recapture Crimea from Russia and seize ports on the Sea of Azov,” Brian writes. The US and NATO have thought through their plan carefully, testing it through exercises and military stimulants. Ukraine was provided with the latest intelligence from drones and reconnaissance aircraft over the Black Sea, which are coordinating strikes on Crimea.
