Wrong. Do your research. China bought off US debts. Meaning China paid off US debts by buying it as US Treasuries. |

udemzyudex:You're poorly informed. Chinese market is 5× bigger than the US market. Top US companies make a huge chunk of their revenue from China. Literally every US product is made in China. Let's not even talk about China bailing out the US financially every single time. The US needs China more than China needs it. |

⚡Russia must pay for Ukraine rebuild, Blinken says. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has said that Russian President Vladimir Putin must pay to rebuild what he has destroyed in Ukraine. Speaking in Kyiv, Mr Blinken said Washington has the power to seize Russian assets in the US and will use them to help rebuild Ukraine. He also said that Ukraine is getting "closer to Nato". Earlier, the top US diplomat told Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky that military aid is "now on its way". "What Putin destroyed, Russia should - must - pay to rebuild. It's what international law demands. And it's what the Ukrainian people deserve," Mr Blinken said during his speech at Kyiv Polytechnic University. "Our Congress has given us the power to seize Russian assets in the US, and we intend to use it," he said.

⚡Maria Zakharova: Blinken: “Ukrainian elections will take place when Ukrainians agree that conditions allow.” “The states mocked the young Ukrainian statehood in different ways. The third “round” of the presidential elections in Ukraine has already taken place. There was also a covert government brought in by Westerners in defiance of the election results through an anti-constitutional coup. But there have not yet been elections in “conditions suitable for Ukrainians.” It’s scary to imagine what these “suitable conditions” Blinken is talking about are. When will the last children in Ukraine be mobilized under Zelensky’s Nazi banners?”

⚡ Malaysia will not recognize economic sanctions imposed by the United States or any other individual country, a top government official said yesterday, following claims from U.S. officials that Iran was relying on Malaysian service providers to sell U.S.-sanctioned oil in the region. Home Minister Saifuddin Nasution Ismail said that he delivered the message “nicely” during a meeting in Kuala Lumpur yesterday with Brian Nelson, the U.S. Treasury Department’s top sanctions official. “I emphasized that we will only recognize sanctions if they are imposed by the United Nations Security Council,” Saifuddin told reporters after his meeting with Nelson, the U.S. Treasury under-secretary for terrorism and financial intelligence, the Straits Times reported. “We don’t recognize any sanctions imposed by an individual country,” he added. “The U.S. delegation respected our stance.”

⚡Maria Zakharova: “British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak delivered a condemning speech today at the Policy Exchange analytical center: "Putin's recklessness has brought us closer to a dangerous nuclear escalation than anything since the Cuban Missile Crisis. When Putin halted gas supplies, it had a devastating impact on people's lives and jeopardized our energy security. In a world of escalating conflicts and constant danger, a hundred million people were forced to flee their homes." Sunak's lies are so desperate that he evokes pity. Could it just be sheer ignorance? To make it clearer for Sunak, let's break it down: Firstly, regarding the "dangerous nuclear escalation," it's the Kiev regime, not anyone else, that's shelling Europe's largest nuclear power plant – the Zaporizhzhia NPP. This is known by everyone, including the IAEA, and of course, Downing Street. Secondly, Russia never stopped gas supplies, not for a second. This is an undeniable fact. Moreover, it was the US, along with its scattered cronies in NATO, that prohibited hydrocarbon imports from Russia. Initially, they did it themselves, then through the G7, pressuring the EU to refrain from purchasing Russian pipeline and liquefied natural gas. Yet, even after all this, Russia remains the most reliable supplier, fully meeting its contractual obligations. If anyone caused "devastating impacts on people's lives," it's those who ordered the sabotage of the Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines. And when Russia proposed creating a transparent international mechanism under the auspices of the UN Secretary-General, they made international investigation of this act of terrorism impossible. Who are these malicious countries? The US, which promised to destroy the pipeline, Britain, and France, which blocked the relevant resolution in the UN Security Council. You, Rishi, are the Prime Minister of Britain. You should remember the position you instructed your diplomats to take in the Security Council on this matter. By the way, London's allies, American diplomats, then called the Russian initiative "an attempt to discredit competent investigations currently being conducted by Sweden, Denmark, and Germany." "National competent investigations" ultimately amounted to nothing: investigations in Sweden and Denmark were terminated, the cases closed, and Germany is following suit. Now, Sunak's biggest lie. That Moscow allegedly stopped supplying energy resources. Well, the remaining functional thread – the B pipeline of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline system – is still operational. But it's closed on the Western end. European leaders, including Scholz, openly admit that they "can hardly envision the operationalization of the remaining thread of the gas pipeline." Why? Because Washington forbids it. Thirdly, about immigration and "a hundred million people forced to flee their homes." Spare us the mockery, Rishi, or better yet, don't become a laughingstock. Iraq. Libya. Yemen. Afghanistan. The Arab Spring. Escalation in the Middle East. The Sudanese crisis. All these are the results of Western engineering that triggered the displacement of millions of people, not only to other regions but straight to the afterlife. And this is primarily the result of Anglo-Saxon crimes. Ask your minister, Cameron, he voted for the invasion of Iraq back then and later tried to halt the investigation into British military crimes. I want to remind you separately that it was thanks to the efforts of the West that the "Islamic State" was created. We have repeatedly talked about this. And finally, about today. It was the British, among others, who stood behind two unconstitutional coups in Ukraine, which led to civil war, the rise of nationalism, and undermined security in the region. This, in turn, led to several waves of refugees from Ukraine, millions of citizens who headed to Russia. And it was our country that welcomed hundreds of thousands of people from Ukrainian territory in 2014, then provided humanitarian aid to Ukraine for 7 years, and then became the home for millions of those whom it considers representatives of the fraternal people.”
