But that's the plain truth. Russian forces were already few miles away from Kiev when Zelensky begged for the Minsk 2 deal to be signed. Russia withdraw in a show of intent, only for Biden and Boris Johnson to doublecross the Russians. But that's nothing. If Russia wanted Kyiv to end today it would end it. They've already decimated 70% of Ukrainian power infrastructure with precision hits back to back. What else is there they can't hit? There are days when Russia launches blitzes of missiles, such that Zelensky begins to cry, lamenting Russia's resolve to annihilate all Ukrainians.

The Russkies just don't want another international inquiry, after what followed from the complete devastation of parts of Ukraine in the early stages of the conflict. Because, they need the support of other countries now. So, they are very careful about mass attacks. Were it not for those types of considerations, Russia has non-nukes capability that could wipe out 1/3 of the entire Ukrainian population in one day. There would be nowhere to run for them.

Irrespective of what ukrain e might have done, Risdiahas no right to invade. Ukraine has every right to attach with whatever weapon.

Before one nuke reach any European cities, Russia itself would have gone. Remember it requires like 10 nuclear warheads to destroy the whole Russia and Europe alone have up to 1000 warheads which can be delivered cruise missiles, Submarines or through fighter jets

The Americans were of the opinion that Putin being a more calculated and cold operator who is very conscious of international law can be ousted by a coup led by hardliners if NATO kept provocking Russia to act extreme. The west was of the opinion that Putin would ride it out but the old school hardliners in Moscow and the military may call for Putin stepping down or stage a coup to put a warhawk in charge.
