⚡According to a statement by Oleksiy Arestovych, a former adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine, Russia is allegedly preparing to launch a large-scale strategic offensive along the entire front line, which could take place in the coming days. Arestovych highlighted that Russian forces are currently building up assault formations and preparing to push from Zaporizhzhia to Kupiansk. Reports from other sources suggest that Russian forces have already captured several key settlements near Pokrovsk, including Nikolaevka, Krutoy Yar, and Krasny Yar. The distance to Pokrovsk is now reportedly about 7.6 km, while Russian troops are only 1.5 km away from Mirnograd. Additionally, local authorities in Pokrovsk have announced the cancellation of the heating season due to the ongoing conflict, the absence of gas, water, and electricity creating critical shortages, meaning the heating system will likely not be operational this winter. |

⚡Two UN Peacekeepers Injured After Israeli Tank Fire Hits Watchtower. In a statement, UNIFIL reported that its headquarters and nearby positions have been repeatedly struck. This morning, "two peacekeepers were injured when an IDF Merkava tank fired at an observation tower at UNIFIL's headquarters in Naqoura, directly hitting it and causing them to fall." "The injuries are fortunately not serious, but they remain in hospital." UNIFIL also noted that IDF soldiers fired on positions in Ras Naqoura, "striking the entrance to a bunker where peacekeepers were sheltering and damaging vehicles and a communications system. One thing is clear. Western weapons and air defense systems are basically useless. They've lost all credibility. Take Israel as an example. The most heavily defended airspace in the western world, yet cheaply made Hezbollah and Hamas rockets keep penetrating it like it's nothing. And in Ukraine, once Russian missiles are in the air you already know it's a confirmed hit. Even Zelensky himself posts pictures of areas of impact. 12 Likes 2 Shares |

⚡Russian Iskander missile strike on Ukrainian Patriot air defence system in Dnepropetrovsk region. AN-MPQ-53 radar and a launcher seems to have been hit. Patriots fired missiles on approaching Iskanders, but they seem to have failed.

⚡For the second time since 2023, the Bulgarian government has withdrawn the Kozloduy NPP from EU sanctions in order to attract contractors from Russia for the safety of the plant's operation. Apparently, we are talking about the supply of asynchronous electric motors and in-reactor sensors, as well as the provision of related services, including delivery and installation (this is the very station from which Ukraine requests reactors for its nuclear power plants). The sixth power unit of the Kozloduy NPP requires replacement of other elements. This follows from the fact that in March 2023, Bulgaria had already withdrawn nuclear power plants from sanctions on a one-time basis for the necessary repairs. "The company will be able to import metal products from Russia when fulfilling the contracts listed in the annexes to today's decision. It is also allowed to import goods and technologies from Russia and provide appropriate technical assistance necessary to fulfill contracts directly listed in the annexes," Rosen Hristov, the country's energy minister, said at the time after a meeting of the country's technical government, where the issue was discussed. |

LordAdam16:China will regret not using Ukraine as a testing ground for its weapons and tech. All the errors they'll make when they enter Taiwan could have been corrected in the Ukraine war theater.
