The derailment was caused by "interference by outsiders", Crimean railways said in a statement.

⚡️The 🇷🇺 Kinzhal, like the Iskander missile from which it derived, carries decoys. The decoys are released at high altitude and intended to look like incoming missiles. They are intended to be shot down - and the 🇺🇸 Patriot can see them due to their low speed. The Kinzhal they cannot. 7 Likes
