You need to complete it before you travel and maybe print it out. There are 3 mandatory things

1. Locator form
2. Covid test result
3. Passport

You can make use of the TLScontact app or login through the application mail sent you by UKVI. After logging in, scroll down to “provide documents and biometrics”, click on it and wait till it redirects you to the TLScontact.com, click on “track” and then you will see the stage where your application is.

Pls if you are in Lagos or any where just try and go to IOM Lagos tomorrow or any time convenient and beg them hopefully they will allow you to do it. I know people who have done that and they were allowed to do the test.
Go with all ur documents, make TB test payment b4 u go and God's willing I'll get it done.
Also go early as early as possible.

I think at this point you are already late anyway .... you can keep calling TB place to see if you can reschedule to an earlier appointment

If not then you start working towards resuming online on 25th and late physically and see what that entails . COVID has brought some benefit in terms of been able to resume later compared to before so check on what currently allowed
