This folio 9480 board was newly bought,but unfortunately the mobo becomes dead within 2 days of purchase,there was a physical damage on the sio chip,it got burnt and there is no way it can't be returned since there is a physical damage.

I removed the burnt on and replace with another sio,this is a non programmable sio chip so there's no need to reprogram after fixing.

Mobo turns on and work well.
