You can't changed php extensions on any shared hosting. Don't think it's necessary though, all the needed extensions were both installed and enabled while installing Cpanel in CentOs. If you need to install and set extensions yourself you must have access to the root which will unlikely be available in any shared hosting.

That service I believe is specifically for single WordPress website. I will recommend it because it is running of ultra fast SSD and WordPress optimized server.

You know, Adsense premium is by invite only and you can only be invited if your site receives millions of views monthly.. These sites you mentioned gets them so, it's quite possible.

Nairaland doesn't use Adsense.

Yes, it's invite only basis.
Nairaland was running Adsense, dropped it a bit few years ago and I believe his premium account is still intact.
Can decide one day to switch back...

If your link was - http:// or http://www. Or https://www. You should redirect to point to the single https:// or Google will see them as duplicate links.

To redirect use simple .haccess redirect code (if you are running on apache) or use nginx redirect code (if you are running on nginx web server).

If you've stayed with Adsense for a year, without any bad record whatsoever, I doubt if you'll be easily banned without a thorough investigation by the Adsense team. Sometimes, shit do happen to good people.

Haven been using Adsense account since 2008. My first Adsense account was banned in 2007 after click my ads severally, I opened another one almost immediately.

I can mention Nairaland owner as the only individual Nigerian with premium Adsense account. Others are companies like Vanguard, Punch... And that Belarus guy that owns Naij.com.

We're actually talking about jealous competitors click bombing on your ads.. Years ago, that will definitely lead to a ban. But today, Google have evolve beyond that and can't ban you for click bombing rather, will deduct the clicks regarded as invalid.

As for bots, I don't know much about that. But if anyone notice an usual activity on his account, my advice is always to report to google beforehand.

Yeah, you are right but Google may still ban publishers of click bombing though there are many determination factors like the age of the account, publisher's level etc.
Premium publishers are tad safe of click fraud but I don't think non premium publishers are.

Google Adsense not can be harsh, I've read in many occasions were genuine publishers were wrongly banned and Google wasn't listening.

Actually, your logic is not much applicable.
Most of the click bots runs on thousands of proxy Ip addresses so there's no way you can easily trace a single origin from the bot since it's on rotated numerous proxy ips.

A good algorithm is to trace the Javascript origin and check other behaviors like time on site, etc. These also be easily bypassed.
Click bots and frauds are among the biggest challenges of most ppc companies.

Which otye you tasks and settings are you talking about? The only limits I saw there was the banning of some unnecessary some rubbish WordPress plugins.

The storage is 5gb SSD (which is damn fast!)
I will recommend them if you just need to host one WordPress website.
