Oh Yes , hosting and domain name not included . i will provide domain name and hosting.

If you need a quality job with a neat code, increase the price and offer the job to a professional.
Otherwise, you can only get a security loophole and messed up nulled script installed to you by any of the hungry 'webmasters' here.

yup damn sure, the current i.p you might be using might be blacklisted or something it has happened to me, make sure u login on p.c

It's not blacklisted, most Nigerian ISP offers dynamic IP address which Cpanel doesn't like for security reasons.
If the IP is blacklisted he will not have access to the Cpanel login page.

Cant I access the cpanel with phone? My laptop is not connecting to the internet. So have been blogging with my phone for weeks now. I hope to fix it tomorrow.

I find working on Cpanel via phone pointless though.
