I think strong internet service providers like IPNX offers hosting but it should be very expensive dedicated server services.

Another option is to get fos subscription, download your choice Linux destro server and host app on your laptop.
You will need a decent laptop that is totally free and not be used for anything else.

His modus operandi is Posting fake news in trending topics on political section and the hide the malicious links with popular websites.
