Lol. As if Nigerians asked him for real time updates |
If I no dip wetin I gain? |
stagger:Your father is an illiterate. That's why you were not well trained in school. Because obviously you're the one not understanding what you read. |
arantess:The money is from the state government account. Did Fubara donate his personal money to NBA for hosting a conference in his state? |
At the end of the day, you lawyers are no different from the corrupt administration you claim to be against. Your entire argument here is that the government is not legitimate, but the money that comes from it's accounts is legitimate. Then there's the "if Nigerians wants us to refund the money, then they should donate another money to us instead." Show me a better illustration of criminality. If you guys really have integrity like you seem to delude yourselves, wouldn't it be a better statement of your stand against corruption to not have anything to do with the government funds in order to maintain that facade of independence and autonomy? Are you people trying to say that all the lawyers in Nigeria cannot contribute money towards hosting a single conference? |
Kobicove:Not everyone is as careful as you, apparently |
Sara Millerey González was r@ped, had her arms and legs broken before being thrown into Colombian river, according to Amnesty International. This is the height of wickedness. I weep for humanity |
OgaRico:If all their current players stay motivated, and with 1 or 2 good additions they can win it within the next 2 seasons. Arteta is that good but there's only so much one can do with average players. You guys did well by convincing Salah to stay but I think City will be back fully next season.Whether City is back or not, Liverpool will always be their worst nightmare. But I'm happy Salah is staying though. Losing Firmino and Mane were bad enough. I don't see any one in the team right now who can replace Salah. What's your take on Arnold leaving to Real Madrid?(That's if the rumours of him leaving are anything to go with). The rumors are true, and I don't mind him leaving. He has paid his dues and has already achieved legend status at such a young age. But he's replaceable. |
Nigerians need to start taking the law into their own hands and protect themselves from these marauding beasts |
OgaRico:That's very true. Even I am pleasantly surprised, I thought we'd have to spend another 2 to 3 seasons to rebuild under a new coach. And like you said Arsenal should have taken advantage of this season. |
IHate9jerianss:A true fan doesn't talk like this. I am a Liverpool fan and I support Arsenal to win the Champions League. 3-0 win against almighty Madrid in the first leg is a massive advantage for arsenal and none of you fans should be anything less than optimistic. You will never hear a Liverpool fan being so pessimistic even when we're 3-0 down, not to talk of when you guys already have one foot in the next stage of the champions league |
OgaRico:Liverpool came from no where? Liverpool has always been City's top competition in the last decade not even 2 seasons |
Obinnau:As much as one may want to act educated or woke, one cannot forget a basic fact: one cannot plan for the future if one hasn't taken care of today first. In other words, you can't build on an empty stomach. |
Sonofgod1990:I'm not a fan of Arsenal but I support them in this one. Let them win the champions League for once. Teams they're far better than have won it before but they've always been unlucky. |
EdiskyHarry:Yar Adua was "better" than Jonathan. Jonathan was "better" than Buhari. Buhari was "better" than Tinubu. Did you notice any pattern? Then that should help you plan your life for the next 4 - 12 years at least. |
sreamsense:That goes to show you the kind of memory loss many Nigerians have. The way they now talk about Buhari as if his tenure was any better. Don't be surprised when the next government comes in and they begin to see Tinubu like a saint. |
Was it up to him? Tinubu made him president in the first place |
They should sue now, shey the USA is a sane country according to many? If this had happened in any African country everyone would have been shouting "in a sane country" "in a sane country" upandan! |
osuofia2:You people always appreciate leaders only when they are dead |
muyico:You're not serious |
Smilleydr:I get your point. But from personal experience humans, especially Nigerians, are very complex set of people. That same guy that's complaining of joblessness can give more than that amount to a "prophet" for prayer for financial breakthrough while suspecting investment opportunities as scam. |
Smilleydr:Lol. The way some of you talk on this forum is laughable. I hope that's not how you are in real life though? I don't know if the man presenting the jobless guy the opportunity is genuine or not, and that's not my focus here, but saying he should borrow a complete stranger 150k to invest in the same opportunity he's trying to help out with us just plain ridiculous. |
Our Naira has turned to snake, shedding its skin every now and then. |
Lol Every governor that comes into power in Edo state always claims to be paying years backlog of pension and gratuity payments. Oshiomole said the same Obaseki too So who now accumulated all these ones each one claims to be paying? |
nairalanda1:When I see the way some of you reason ehn, I just thank my God for the kind of education I was privileged to receive. |
Xisnin:I asked why is this different |
For some teams the highest point of the season is winning a trophy, for others it's just defeating a bigger team. For Man U the highest point is usually getting a draw with Man City or Liverpool. |
