The most reliable way is to walk to zenith bank and tell them you want a websurfer master card, the cost is very minimal ($10 processing fee and $100 minimum opening balance after which you can load even $1 if you wish)if you really need the card. with that card you can make purchases on anysite that allows master card payments, its the card i use currently. dont just let anyone promise you a virtual card unless u an the one wey all men don hack!!!

Information they say is power but i wonder how true that is, Graphcard has alot of limitations, i am not syaing they are not good cos i still use them but there are alot of services they cannot render.
