Can someone teach me how to prepare stew here please

I need someone to teach me how to prepare stew with chicken or fish. Forget the white rice, I can handle that. A brother is trying to avoid starving again over this election

I know I'm violating, but the food section is Sahara deserted. So sorry in advance.
Please help tell what ingredients I need to prepare stew with chicken. Also state which goes in first in the pot. I can cook white rice perfectly but I have problem going into the kitchen, so cooking has never been part of me. I need ur help now so I can avoid starving myself like I did 2 weeks ago, during the presidential election.
